First class service, quick delivery, great product and easy to utilise instructions . Prior to the purchase I had a long chat with Neil who identified everything I needed and guided me with product choice . Very reassuring to speak to someone with his knowledge.

Go For The 600g And Opt To Double As Standard
The 600g pack I purchased did the trick after the second application because after completing the 1st installation a few leaks were evident after a couple of days of moderate rain. Obviously it was easier to re-coat the entire roof again rather than try to locate any potentially pin sized holes anywhere over a 30squ/m surface area. As a DIYer it seemed near impossible to get the whole area flat and smooth but the kit has done the job, the price is fair and the emailed information regarding installation was good. I’d use this again in the future but I’d opt immediately to double layer after a 1st layer ha d dried before applying the top coat to ensure covering any unforeseen pin-holes, preventing any leaks and hopefully saving time in the long run.

The price us competitive but when buying kits there is not enough resin to complete the job meaning delays to order more. Deliveries take 4 days not next day! Not good when trying to work around the weather too. Kits also dont supply enough rollers for the job.

Hi Terry,
I am very sorry that you feel you were not supplied with enough materials, we don't usually have this issue. The kits we sell have been calculated by professionals and in line with our competitors.
Deliveries are sent on a next day service, however we do have several notes across the website just in case those terms cannot be met. Unfortunately when it leaves us, we have very little control. Many of our kits are delivered next working day and I am sorry that we didn't meet that on this occasion.
The delivery service is fairly complex and limited due to the nature of the products, it is also an area of our business that we are constantly improving. This is a continuous task for us and we will take your comments onboard.
We appreciate your feedback and the time taken to review us.
If you require any future materials please contact me directly kim@roofingkitsdirect.co.uk
