It was simply easy to choose what I needed from the website and delived in good time thanks

Neil’s patience and advice were invaluable to me as a DIYer.

Knowledgable , courteous service

Good customer service, different parts of order coming from different places and different times caused confusion. Lid on resin was a nightmare to remove with no instructions

I have ordered a few grp kits from here with no problems, but not on this occasion, i ordered a 40m2 grp kit for a 32m2 flat roof, i had just enough matting without any left over even though I ordered 8m2 more, I ordered the cold weather hardener and run out before top coating so had to buy more, the hardener they sent came in 80ml bottles that only let out 10ml at a time, obviously no good when 400ml is needed to go in the resin, very time consuming having to empty each of the million 80ml bottles into a bigger pot 10ml at a time, they only sent 3 roller sleeves and 1 roller handle to apply the resin, i had to reuse the roller handle that is covered in resin to apply the top coat with only 2 roller sleeves, they only gave 1 extension pole so had to get another 1 to be able to use the paddle roller. Not a good experience this time and i will not be using them again, i can understand maybe forgetting to put something in but sending me all them little bottles of hardener was not an accident, these were stock that they couldn’t get rid of wnd i was the unfortunate one to get them, what size roof would require 80ml bottles of hardener? A doll house? and that is the reason i will not be using these again.

Dealt with Neil who offered me great advise, customer service, price and delivery turnaround. Top service all-round. Many thanks

Quality product at good price and excellent service from Neil. Original contacted the company about delivery over the weekend when they were closed and got a response before they opened again which was a good sign, everything good from then on. Highly recommended.

Ordered a kit which was sent straight away, slight problem with one of the items due to carrier, contacted RKD everything sorted out without any hassle and replacement item sent out, kept in email contact all the time explaining what was happening. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use again.
