Prompt reply to notification of a product failing after 3 months of use. After an exchange of polite and apologetic emails I was issued a full refund. A company to be recommended.

Excellent website and customer service
I live in an old stone building and decided to replace the black plastic guttering and downpipes with zinc products so as to look more in keeping with the period. I struck lucky by discovering Trade Warehouse: their website was very clear so I knew exactly what I was ordering and their customer service was excellent in the way my questions were answered promptly.

Thank you for such a lovely review. Zinc is a great choice for an older stone property and we're sure it'll look great once it's all finished.
It was a pleasure helping with your questions, and we really appreciate you choosing us for the project!

Hi Jayne,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We're pleased our team caught the issue with the foam infills before the order went out – much better to sort these things beforehand!
We'll pass your kind comments on to the team. Thanks again for choosing us for your garage project.

I was looking to buy CD racks from Ikea to compliment a couple of existing ones. BUT THEY HAVE STOPPED DOING THEM!!!!!
A lot of Google image searching took me to Trade Warehouse who had the closest thing, so I bought a couple.
Well enough engineered and sitting happily at the top of my stairs taking my expanded CD collection.
Thank you, at least someone recognises that size of shelving is still useful!

Metal sheets for a pergola…
Bought these metal sheets for a pergola roof . They were delivered as stated and the driver very kindly helped me put them at the back of the property due to an injury I had.
The sheets are well made and I got the 7mm thickness so really tough .
I also bought the screws for fitting the roof securely and boards for the side and front .
It was easy to purchase what I needed and web page was well set out .
I ordered too much as wanted to make sure I had enough for the lads fitting it so now have to think what to do with the three extra sheets .
All in all well impressed with the whole process and quality of the product .
I would say try and get your quantity correct as delivery is not cheap . I had to order twice as we moved in between the origional project and then a redesign at the new property and needing more .
All in all good to deal with and great product.

Hi Al,
Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. A big thank you for the kind words about our driver too – we'll make sure that gets passed on.
Sounds like the pergola has been quite a project with the move and redesign along the way! Hope you're pleased with the finished result, and perhaps those three spare sheets will inspire the next project.
Kind regards,

Hi Lolu,
We’re sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion.
Unfortunately, there was a one-off discrepancy between our live stock system and the physical stock available. While we work hard to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, very occasionally situations like this can occur.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you to explain and arranged a full refund for your order. We completely understand that having an order cancelled is disappointing and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
This is certainly not a reflection of our usual stock availability or service, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we weren’t able to supply the item you ordered.
Regards,
Trade Warehouse

Order was forgotten. I had to chase them. They agreed on a delivery date though nothing was delivered on that day. I had to chase them again, item was not produced yet and could not find a solution to speed it up. Customer care is appalling
