Prompt reply to notification of a product failing after 3 months of use. After an exchange of polite and apologetic emails I was issued a full refund. A company to be recommended.

So called powder coated
I ordered a powder coated hammock stand from them in May this year and it started rusting after a couple of months, then the top bearing split and came away.
When I contacted them they didn't want to make any refund or replacement. Be aware!!

Product well packaged and as described
Product well packaged and as described, quick delivery. Awning itself is heavy so definitely a 2 person job to install. Wiring is simple and included remote also has a wall bracket for mounting in a convenient location. Overall good quality product easy to set up providing you have correct tools as it doesn't come with any. Recommended.
