Needed white dry verge to replace a piece that fell off. Nowhere locally stocks the white ones. The existing ones were ok so didn’t want to replace all of them so I was delighted to find this company. Everything was easy, professional and speedy.i was kept informed at all times. Would recommend

Thank you for your feedback.
Your order was dispatched within the 2–4 working day delivery window, and today is the 4th working day. Unfortunately, we have been let down by the haulier on this occasion, which is outside of our direct control.
Tracking details were provided, and I also spoke with you earlier via the online chat, where I passed on the latest delivery information we had received from the haulier.
Your daughter also called earlier on your behalf to chase the delivery. As I was unable to answer calls today due to a family event, I sent a text message asking for a message to be sent so we could assist further, however we did not receive a follow-up message.
You also mentioned the order was required for last week, however this was not something that had been communicated to us at the time of ordering. The order was therefore processed under the standard 2–4 working day delivery timeframe.
I have since contacted the haulier again and explained how unacceptable this situation is, and have demanded that the delivery is made tomorrow morning on an AM service. I will also contact you directly via email with an update as soon as I receive confirmation from them.

Ordered materials for 2 dry hips over Christmas when they were closed for the holidays. Order arrived promptly in the new year with one item missing. After a couple of emails and an apology the missing item was dispatched and received without any drama so I was pleased with their service and response to the missing item and with competitive prices I will certainly use them again.
