Trade Warehouse Anmeldelser

I recently purchased a Gazebo from Trade Warehouse. My experience was excellent as the communication made me aware od exactly when it would arrive and the delivery driver took it around to my back garden for me to assemble, as I have some mobility issues.
It was assembled without any issues but realised after a week that the zip on one of the curtains had accidentally been pulled off. I contacted the company and they they gave great advice within a few hours. Highly recommend the company as, from experience with other larger companies, none of what I experienced comes close with them. Thank you Trade Warehouse.

On paying for the decking boards I was informed that delivery would be approximately 10 working days, I have had to chance the delivery on 2 occasions.
I was informed on Saturday 18 I was informed that delivery would be 8 and 11am on the following Monday, at 21:30 on Sunday 19, I was informed that the delivery was postponed, with no date for rescheduling.
Poor customer service

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas as she was wanting a log effect electric fire, she is well pleased with it, It stands in corner of the dining area of her kitchen, it heats the room up very quickly with the 2kw fan heater and also they have fitted a false flue pipe directing it through the wall, looks so realistic, one very happy customer

Good quality product (galvanized guttering) 2nd time we've used trade warehouse would recommend ever time .

They arrived fast and the deliver man was friendly. He placed them right where I needed them to be until I can get the old stable roof stripped off and replaced with these. I ordered with a condensation barrier but it didn't work and the ponies got dripped on all winter.
Other than that they are strong and should last for years.
I will be buying more in a couple of months as the other side of the stable has sprung a leak.

I ordered large metal roofing sheets. They are exactly as described. Delivery is expensive and takes around a week because of the size and weight, but the price was much better than a lot of other companies I looked at. Delivery driver was brilliant. Thank you.

well pleased

Delivery was pre arranged and arrived on time. The driver put it on the drive and was careful when handling. The cladding product was good quality and just the right colour i was looking for. The finished job looks great i am well pleased and would recommend

Excellent service. Bought a shed and so needed to coordinate delivery (for someone to be able to receive) and they were fantastic in terms of fast, reliable communication and then delivery as promised. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find. This pantry cupboard is a budget friendly option to hold a substantial amount of produce. As instructions say limit of 10kg per shelf, I have tried to distribute weight evenly in the cupboard. The sage green was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Delivery was very fast and the product was very well boxed. Do take time to read instructions carefully as you go along, as there are many pieces which must be correct way round. I did put together single handedly, which was fine but would recommend 2 people to lift the top onto the bottom as this was quite a challenge.
Couldn't be happier with the finished result.

Simple ordering process from the website. Keen pricing and excellent communication from the office. Arrived on time and driver was excellent. Would definitely use again and recommend

I bought some stools they were very high quality easy to assemble and I’m very pleased with them

I found trade warehouse on line quickly and found what i needed easily the roofing I ordered came quickly on there own transport , All I will say is make sure you order all you need in one order so you don't pay 2 delivery charges like I did.

Great service and quick delivery. The pergola is good quality and as described on the website.

I ordered some aluminium downpipes via their easy to use website for a renovation project
Downpipes are excellent, delivery precise. Job done. 👍

I order some 5 meter rooflight sheets to replace the roof on my carport. I researched the materials and fittings thororghly before purchasing. Delivery was exceptional. The driver was really helpful and offered a few tips on fitting.
The finished roof is absolutely perfect and bone dry for the car parked underneath. I'm exceptional pleased with the finished job and would highly recommend Trade Warehouse to friends and family.

The package arrived promptly with excellent protective wrapping. Communication following my purchase was superb. This table is impressively durable and simple to operate, providing great satisfaction throughout the summer. Its ability to fold makes it a perfect space-saving solution.

Fantastic item! Despite placing a large order, the delivery was surprisingly prompt. The communication was superb throughout. Unlike BNQ, where decking board pricing can vary between lineal and square meters, this company's website consistently uses the same measurement for all products, eliminating any ambiguity. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and impressed with their service.
