I had a service at Hyundai Romford and Sam Alsop was very efficient and helpful to point where my car failed the MOT due to a damaged tyre.
Hyundai Romford had only been open a week and no no tyres were available, but Sam contacted Kwik Fit and the tyre was changed,
Common Sense prevailed, well done Sam.

I bought my Honda Transalp on Friday. Great communication with the seller,the description matched the listing perfectly. The entire sales process was a very pleasant and positive experience. I don’t regret the five-hour drive to pick up the motorcycle. The Transalp was waiting, washed and freshly serviced. All the documentation was in order. Jason helped me load and secure the bike onto the trailer. Thanks for the help.
I highly recommend buying from this dealer.

New Nissan Leaf EV
Bought a new Nissan Leaf EV from Brayleys. A 5 star experience from start to finish. Salesman Sam was great from the test drive and ordering stage to handover. His communications were great, especially when there was some ambiguity from Nissan over delivery dates. I was on a tight schedule because I wanted to take the car straight to the detailer from collection so delivery needed to be on a set day. Happy to say the plan came together on the 11th hour thanks to Sam. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine at the drop off of…
Everything was fine at the drop off of my car for service and picking up courtesy car. But when it came to collection was called at around 520pm car is ready at around 540pm i call to let them know I'm stuck in friday rush hour and would not make it before showroom closes at 6pm was told i would not be insured to drive the loan car to drop off next day and told not worry about being late .i fet all the way there at the time i said i could make at 620pm only to be told my car keys were locked in another showroom and to keep the car and bring it back the next and then i get stuck in traffic for almost 3hrs on the way home when this could have been avoided in the first place not happy at all ...

Service with a smile
Maria was great looking after me and my Honda Jazz. She updated to me while the car was having the MOT on all issues like I was in the garage with my car. She was also considerate and gave me an office to wait in so I can work on my laptop.
The service was of a high standard as was the aftercare, as Maria looked after myself and my Honda. Thanks!
