Had to wait to long

Staff fantastic, however forgot to fit my winter tyres during a minor service even after paying for it, just inconvenient having to take it back. Would have been five stars if got it right first visit. Again service staff were great.

The gentle reminders to book in for MOT came timely and as always the staff were as helpful as always - I have another year of confidence in my car. Thank you

Helpful, friendly and informative throughout my experience of looking at an EV2 to deciding to purchase. All necessary documents, finance to drive home insurance were set up, so that I had an easy satisfying experience in purchasing an electric car. The decision was easy after having driven Jonathon's EV2. The car is solid, light and very comfortable to drive

It has been my pleasure to know this branch of Honda Hendon for quite sometime e.g. since I bought Honda CR-V over there. I always had their caring and helpful response. In fact, last time on 12-13 October 2026, when my car needed MOT and servicing, I was pleasantly surprised when, despite MY BEING AT FAULT for turning up very late (due to unavoidable reason), Paul at the service team, had offered me to return to them for the required service, the very next day.
