Not a good buying experience this time round, lack of knowledge in vehicles, staff members just stood around not giving a care in the world of their surroundings, car was dirty on purchase, no after sale care.
Horrible experience overall seemed like I were doing a dodgy deal.
Not surprised that Cargiant is closing down.

Sales agent Muhammad was so kind and knowledgeable. I was sad to learn that this is his last day at Car Giant! You’ve lost an asset.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Car Giant. This is now my third car purchased from them since I first became a customer in 2022 and I have never experienced such poor treatment.

Since purchasing this current vehicle in August of last year(2025) it has developed multiple faults. Although I have returned it for repairs several times, new issues continue to arise. Most recently, another problem occurred just two days ago over the weekend.

When I contacted the aftercare team, I found them to be unhelpful and, frankly, quite rude. I was told over the phone that this situation is “what happens” when you do not agree to purchase their maintenance package. I find this completely unacceptable. With my previous cars, I never received reminders about MOTs or servicing, despite paying for services that were supposed to include such support. It feels like a complete lack of care for customers.

The car is now unusable and parked outside my home. As a community nurse, I rely heavily on my vehicle to carry out my job and support others. Being left without a working car has put me in a very difficult position, as I am currently unable to work.

Overall, I feel let down, frustrated, and deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I would not recommend purchasing a car from Car Giant based on this experience.

Amir was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in which enable me to make a decision on purchasing the car I now own. Each process step was explained as its been over 10 yrs since I had bought a car.

Amir was super helpful! As demonstrated in his attention to detail throughout the sales process. No question was too much to ask, (and I had several concerning the spec).

Service is not good

Customer service is very rude not very helpful

All of the staff here at the Willesden Junction branch were professional, efficient and made me feel like a valued customer. Mohammed was great in keeping things moving along at a good speed, so I appreciated his proactivity. Great customer service.

Stephen was amazing, he’s quick and reliable service and with his long experience in car sales you couldn’t ask for anyone better to guide us through out the whole process.

SHUTTING DOWN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU COULD LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
Had a very BAD experience with this company 2 years ago, and not surprised to read they are now closing down. LOTS OF OTHER BAD STORIES.
Just seen a news artical saying they are closing down. So dont risk your jard earned money on a dodgy car from them

It was a very pleasant experience most of the cars are quality and at reasonable price. I almost bought a red colour car which is not my favourite colour and one of the staff member Arian helped me to find another car which was much better. Honestly if it wasn’t for Arian I could have end up with a car I didn’t like. He was amazing and his attitude and passion for his job is outstanding. He was so patient and respectfully. His knowledge about cars is outstanding and he spent so much time helping I’m so grateful for his help. Thank you Arian you are a top guy
