Polite attention. Details of the service arrangements fully explained. Also automated pre booking electronic process was very useful.

I asked for a waiting service and MOT but on attending found out your central bookings had not done this and it was down for a full day
Honda St Albans were very good and allowed me to wait for 4 hours till all was done, skipped the complimentary wash at end.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. I went to a smaller place in Welham Green and the people were welcoming and friendly. The MOT was very quick, I had enough time to go for a coffee and breakfast by the time I got back to the garage the MOT had been done. My car passed so I was very happy.

Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Only one concern. I asked for the telematics control unit to be enabled so that I could use the Honda + App. On arriving home I tried the App but it appears that the telematics unit has not bee enabled

Because my car had not been drivenfor nine months I bookek ed into Brayley's Honda for a detailed health check. All personel spoken to during the check in process were helpful and understanding of my cocerns and the car was booked in within a couple of days. The whole service was seamless from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and Callum took the trouble, not only to go through the paperwork after the service but to take me to the car to make certain that I was happy.

I ended up at Brayleys for servicing after my previous Honda dealer disappeared overnight. St Mary Cray is not close to home but never regretted it. So when my Honda was written off in an accident, it was a no-brainer. All went well with a new car until we encountered the awful online Honda ID system. Kingsley at Bayleys did his best, but I ended up signing the same paperwork seven times only to find that my order had been cancelled again by the system. When we finally found a solution (another Honda ID, set up at my suggestion with a different email), it was great and everything was done in about half an hour but there seems to be no way to sell a car to an individual when the system fails. Given that the car was there waiting and I had the money ready to pay for it, it was frustrating and wasted everyone's time. So it's 5 stars for Brayley but Honda need to use systems that are as reliable as their products! (this review is tagged as unprompted, but was prompted by an email from Brayleys although they have had no input into the content or advance sight of it).
