Very pleasant and helpful service…
Very pleasant and helpful service reception staff, started my cars service exactly on time, finished early and texted me whilst it was being beautifully valeted. I have no hesitation in recommending Honda Ewell for excellent advice and work on your car.

A reliable main sealer. On site parking is a problem and needs some attention
I had prebooked (via Lisa) for the earleist possible slot. I arrived at the agreed time and my car was indeed number 1 for attention. This really helped as I was sitting this one out in the waiting area. Everything was fine.
Personally I do not want to try my hand at making a booking through the centralised on line booking service. It never works for me.
Just one small downside - do please get your coffee machine fixed

Courtesy car
The service and MOT went perfectly but the courtesy car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Surely that coming from Nissan wouldn’t be acceptable.

Very efficient booking in
Very efficient booking in. Very polite man on the desk. However , communication wasn’t great during the day. I couldn’t get through to the service department and had to leave 2 messages before anyone got back to me. That’s the only reason for not being a 5 star.
