When the website says your booking will…
When the website says your booking will be confirmed with an agent that didn't happen, i had to call again. And my headlights apparently have to be polished because fail on my MOT charge me £85 not much of a difference. Paid in total £200 for 3x bulbs ,polishing and fail MOT....ridiculous

MOT check
I was early dropping off my car for it's MOT, but was welcomed by friendly staff. I had video feedback for the MOT, which was a pass and given honest feedback about what may be needed for the next MOT. Good friendly and efficient staff.

Service and MOT
We booked our car for service and MOT but unfortunately when we arrived at Brayleys it was only booked for a service unknown to us. We called for a progress report later in the day as we hadn't heard from the garage with any updates and were then told it was only a service booking, we explained that the whole reason for the booking was to coincide with the MOT which is the normal pattern for us. However, the onsite staff were able to resolve the problem, the repairs were carried out and the car passed the MOT.

Policy change impacting on paid-up plans
Parking Space is hard to find and
cars are allowed to park, blocking the drive ways.
Wash & Hover is in the plan paid for, but due to policy change paid-up plan agreement is not fulfilled.
Electronic service record is not available in MyHonda or in Service book. Only the last service is recorded on the book.
