BRILLIANT SERVICE
As always Nissan nailed it.
They have the right balance of being professional and friendly without being overbearing and I always leave feeling valued, nice I was kept informed along the way regards service and really appreciate the warm atmosphere at the showroom, sorry I can't remember everyone's name but special mention to Jonathan who's took latest order and went the extra mile informing me of all the pros and cons and what exactly was needed and really put my mind at rest.

Looking to update car
Looking to update car. Met with Nathan at Brayleys Coventry who helped us with model and finance. Nathan very knowledgeable about all models and understood what we needed. All staff we met friendly and polite particularly Nathan who helped us purchase car we needed. He was in regular contact during process gave excellent advice which resulted in a smooth, hassle free purchase. Would certainly recommend this dealership and team.

When the website says your booking will…
When the website says your booking will be confirmed with an agent that didn't happen, i had to call again. And my headlights apparently have to be polished because fail on my MOT charge me £85 not much of a difference. Paid in total £200 for 3x bulbs ,polishing and fail MOT....ridiculous

MOT check
I was early dropping off my car for it's MOT, but was welcomed by friendly staff. I had video feedback for the MOT, which was a pass and given honest feedback about what may be needed for the next MOT. Good friendly and efficient staff.
