iwantmyname is a trusted provider. I like how they don't add-on nuisance fees. They simply provide a quality service at a reasonable price.

Good price, comprehensive offering, good CS
I found iwantmyname to offer all that I required at a reasonable price & have used them for several years renewing until 2034. Their website leaves something to be desired as clickable links are not highlighted so you have to search all text double clicking to find them.
However, their customer service is very responsive and quick to assist.
I definitely would select them over others.

Excellent customer service
There was a mix up in some of my DNS data and, as I am far from being an expert in any of this stuff, I had no idea how to solve the issue. I emailed customer service and the issue was resolved after a little back and forth. Thanks to Daniela for sorting this out quickly in an efficient and friendly manner.

Account locked out and super slow Support
Registered domain name and was immediately locked out of my account. Whilst this might be natural for a short time as the account was verified, it has been more than 24 hours with with only 1 message of automated support. Very frustrating! If you need to register domain quickly use something else. No means of communication other than a support ticket. Stone age technology for the AI generation.
EDIT: Changed to 3 stars since this was resolved, but only after 36hrs. Had I received some fast support messages then 4 stars warranted. Everything good now since access was provisioned again.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for updating your review after the issue was resolved.
We’re sorry that your account remained locked for 36 hours and that you did not receive timely, personal updates during that period. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you needed to register and manage your domain quickly.
While account verification and security checks are important, the lack of communication did not meet the standard of support we aim to provide. Your feedback regarding response times and available communication channels is valuable, and we are using it to improve how we keep customers informed when an issue takes longer to resolve.
We’re glad that your access has now been restored and everything is working correctly. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to address the situation.

The email verification failure!
The email verification link was sent with an invalid trigger code causing a suspension in service because I cannot verify my email due to the invalid code sent with the link! I’ve tried emailing support like it tells me to for help but I don’t get any useful responses and the emails back to me seem all auto generated! Very frustrating as I will be suspended because I cannot verify my email because of an invalid trigger code I was sent!

All good
At first, I purchased my domain from Crazy Domains and launched my online shopping mall, but it was blocked after only one week, which caused significant damage to my new business.
During the process of purchasing a domain from your company, I found your pricing and service quality to be far more transparent and trustworthy compared to other domain providers. I believe I have received highly satisfactory service from your company, and I am very pleased with the experience so far.

SImply the Best!
I love these guys. They make DNS easier to understand and their customer support is timely and helpful. They host my domain and DNS records, and it was easy to add my Fastmail details so I could use my domain for email. It was just a case of using the preset configuration and I was up and running. I've been with them for a couple of years now.
