Had an issue with 2FA and they responded quickly and solved the issue with no faffing about. Good communication. Recommended.

Extremely helpful, comprehensive problem solving! Definitely recommend this group.

The system of keeping track of my own email name url works seamlessly and inexpensively to keep track of MY own url where I publish my photo blog. I had quite a burp in keeping track of my blog only because of severe family illness and a cross country move. I am settled in and cannot wait to start taking photos again and I still am able to post my blogs again.

Prompt and qualified response to my email. In spite of their clear instructions I could not solve my DNS forwarding problem, so their technician solved it for me. Excellent customer experience.

The agent answered my question quickly, thoroughly and professionally. A pleasure.

You persisted and I finally figured it out.

Solved my problem efficiently and promptly with a followup to make sure it was fully resolved.

They responded quickly to my query and resolved the issue first go.

I have been paying an annual subscription to Iwantmyname for 9 years, and I am very satisfied with these 9 years with them. They respond to my messages very quickly even though we don’t have the same time zone (I live in France) and are very friendly.

I needed a quick check and explanation of what I thought might be an exploit. I got a quick (15 minutes) qualified response not only that I hadn’t been hacked but a complete, rational explanation of how the event I described may probably have occurred.
Great to deal with professionals who take their job and customers seriously!

The service was provided without interruption and responses were prompt despite the large time difference.

Sad to understand that service so unfriendly

Auto-renew Process is simple, clear, and automated... and information is sent rapidly, including responses to any questions that I had. Well done!

Having registered domain names with iwantmyname for many years I have always found their staff efficient and helpful when answering questions and providing information. The clear design and practical layout of their website is very impressive.

Great service.

Very professional and helpfull to my concerns and issue.

This used to be a great registry but not anymore. It has gotten very poor indeed. Customer service is very poor and on top of that, they have made it difficult to transfer domains out of them. For example, they make you wait for 5 days in order to transfer a top level domain, whereas this can normally be done immediately, if they wish to do so.

Their prices are also far too high and would not recommend them.

It's one of the fastest and smoothest online inquiry experiences I've ever had. Even though I was in a different time zone, the customer service team responded to my email in such a short period of time and explained my concern in detail. I'm amazed by the efficiency of the service, and very happy with the result of the inquiry.

They make it fast, easy and straight forward for customers which I value very much! Consumers already have an overwhelming amount of complicated subscriptions or service levels to deal with and do not need to be on yet another wait list, or put on hold for agent attention.
