Fast response and problem solved quickly and hassle-free

I've been a customer for years and hold several domains with them. Purchased two more yesterday and was inside my profile while they were being processed. Then suddenly I was locked out of the account without explanation. No warning, no anything, just a red label saying that I was locked out.
Emailed support, opened a ticket via chat, got a generic AI response about what to do if I forgot my password or that I should wait if I attempted to login multiple times. None of that applies. Almost 24 hrs went by, no human has contacted me. This is a very bad customer experience and not an acceptable level of service.
