Looking at the other reviews I feel I've been lucky- Internetbs offered me a fair price on some domains that other places were looking to rip me off for, and what little support I've needed over the two years I've been subscribed has been forthcoming. Based purely on my subjective experiences I can't recommend them enough!

Good service. Need to be improve like DNS management not very pro or advanced.
Pricing need to be more competitive.

Horrible experience! Stay away from this company. I bought domains with new SI domains. After purchasing 7 domains and receive invoices, they credited me back, and block my account. I created a new account, did the same, and the proceed to do the same. I tried again to purchase those domains and they are now taken. I check with AI the value projection of some of the domains I took and they could be valued in 1.2-5 million each. Stay away from internetbs!

So far support has been great. Very patient with me as I worked through API issues. I will update my review as I have more experience with the company.

Really bad, honestly. They have an AWFUL panel design, outdated docs and FAQs, and a bunch of random bugs like randomly being logged out, inputted DNS options not applying or saving, ...
The only good thing I can give them is their customer support, which you'll need to contact more often then you'd think.

Immediate and correct resolution of the login problem I was experiencing.

My domain was suspended by Internet.bs based on an anonymous complaint through CleanDNS, with absolutely no evidence provided. This is a blatant abuse of power.

I have contacted them through every possible channel - support tickets, email, and all available contacts on their website. I opened a support ticket (Ticket #4577811), but have received no meaningful response for 3 days, even though this issue could be resolved in just a few minutes. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.

Due to this unjustified and unlawful suspension, I am suffering catastrophic financial losses of thousands of dollars and irreparable reputational damage every single hour. The harm caused to my business is immeasurable.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this to the press, journalists, domain industry watchdogs, ICANN, and consumer protection authorities. I will make sure this case receives the public attention it deserves.

Internet.bs must be held accountable for suspending domains based on anonymous, unverified complaints with zero evidence

For years, I’ve registered my domains and those of my clients with InternetBS. Their platform is easy to understand, the prices are reasonable, and the security is excellent.

The service internetbs.net works fine. I've been using it since 2012, and it's been "smooth sailing" ever since.

Superb service at a sensible price.
No attempt to sell other unwanted products, either on the website or by unwanted emails, just good reliable service.
Have transferred most of my domains to internetbs from the other better known registrars.

Very bad and unfriendly support.

Paid $199 for domains and my account was locked the moment the payment went through, supposedly "pending email verification" per ICANN policy.

But the verification email never arrives, checking spam for hours and whitelisting their domains as instructed.

Their ticket notifications reach my inbox fine, so the problem is clearly on their end.

Support is nothing but AI auto-replies telling me to check spam again, and not one human has responded.

They have my money, I have zero access to what I paid for. Disputing with my bank and filing an ICANN complaint next. Avoid.PURE SCAM

I’ve been buying and managing multiple domains with Internetbs.net for quite a few years. It’s been pretty easy for me ( a non-techy) to research and purchase domains. I’m not so capable in customizing the settings, etc. although I usually get most of it right. Whenever I get stuck, I ask the tech support team. They have been very responsive and patient with my lack of technical skills. The people I have dealt with have been knowledgeable and have always made it right (Thanks, Michel).

I've been using them for more than a decade. I only have a handful of domains, but I've found their prices are decent and service is fine. I just now transferred two domains I had registered elsewhere to them, as they are a good 20% cheaper. Can't complain!

hello, after creating the account and buying different domains and adding credit to the account - after 1 day the account was blocked
i tried to send like 10 emails to all the email addresses listed on the website - zero reply
i used the chat on the website - zero reply

how can i get in contact with you?
right now i am scammed, as i already paid but got nothing

I have been a customer for over seven years. Never had an issue. Recently I needed help with a configuration. In less than 24 hours I got an answer from Owusu.
My issue was identified and a solution was offered in the first answer.

I have multiple domains with them. always easy to work with support when needed. easy to use... with some practice of course... but I'll keep using them.

Stay far away from them; everything was fine until I paid. They saddled me with a bunch of extra services email, SSL, and so on and I agreed to them all thinking they’d be useful. I trusted this place based on friends' recommendations, even though the same domain could be found elsewhere for half the price. I entered my card details and the OTP code, and the money was charged; but when I refreshed the page, they had deleted my account. They aren't replying to my emails. I called my bank immediately, explained the situation, and got the money back but I got it from the bank; these guys still haven't even looked at my emails...
