This company are unbelievable. Service levels very very high. Polite, professional with fantastic results. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!

We have used Ginger energy for our commercial energy procurement now for several years. They always get us the best deal, initially they managed to get us a rebate for over charges from our last supplier and they are just a lovely company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't ever switch from using them.

Lisa and her team have helped us recently with our move into new offices.
With 3 utilities feeding in to the office. They took the account on straight away to help with the change of tenancies and chased that through for us and then sourced the best deals in the market, reviewed and advised on the contracts and smoothed the whole process. It took a few short conversations with Lisa and I couldnt be happier with the excellent service they have provided. Would recommend Lisa and the team and Ginger Energy any day, not only do we have a great deal for our energy, but we have the support and back up of Ginger going forward.

We used the services of Ginger Energy a few years ago when we ran into some trouble with our energy supplier.
We felt that what we were being charged was not correct and we felt we were getting fobbed off by them
We then instructed Ginger Energy to look at our account.
They found numerous discrepancies with the billing and then pursued them for a full refund of the over payments.
It could not have come to a better conclusion in that we got some money back and Ginger then put us onto a fantastic tariff.

The team at Ginger Energy provided a first class service to the Building Management team of the Serviced Offices where my business is situated. They provided clarity around old billing claims and enabled the team to negotiate the best deal for the building. The billing team have always been response and professional in their approach and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My daughters have been forced out of their tenancy by huge bills averaging £350 a month in the Landmark building, marketed by Connells and owned by Centrick, despite paying full rent throughout lockdown and over a thousand pounds of the energy bill since moving in at the end of last year. What energy company had ever charged so much for a 2 bed apartment and refused to send an amended bill ??despite having been supplied with the correct meter readings? They are being chased for £1200 that I don’t believe they owe and I intend to contact Ofcom as well as all the other companies involved in this absolute scam

This company is an absolute sham. I rented my flat from an estate agent who listed all the payable bills. As the property runs on electricity only, gas wasn't included in the list of costs. On leaving the property, Ginger Energy sent me a £250 bill for the year. When I questioned it, it showed that I hadn't used any gas but they had agreed a deal with the freeholder that they could still charge a 70p daily fee. I didn't knowingly sign up with this company. They might not be doing anything illegal, but it's just plain wrong and feels to me like they're con artists.

I am in a property that was listed by but not managed by one of ginger energys clients. They are chasing a £260 payment even though it has nothing to do with them. The client Martin and Co Lettings have confirmed they do not manage the property. If I hadnt called Martin and Co then I would have paid this bill and been out of pocket trying to claim it back. Would give negative stars if possible

My son moved out his flat last may paid bill that had over xmas had e mail you owe us £1.30 been chasing you for 6 months are they for real 😡he has had nothing now had 3 mails asking for there £1.30 another energy company who won’t be here in 12 months
