I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working with the company, and I feel it’s only fair to highlight the level of service I received, especially from him. Very knowledgeable and informative, polite and not pushy - i put the phone down if i sniff out a pushy sales person.... can't do with any sales BS.

Everything felt straightforward and transparent. Utility contracts can often be overwhelming or feel a bit rushed, but that wasn’t the case here. Liam took the time to explain my options clearly, breaking down the details of each deal - so it actually made sense. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which made a big difference.

I changed my business water supplier using them and was quoted an annual amount much cheaper than my existing supplier. Once I signed up and got first 2 bills they are over double my old supplier, and surprise surprise, trying to speak to the agent who set it up at utility bidder is almost no go . She hasn’t replied to emails or phone calls

Kim provides a comprehensive and excellent service each time we renew. I am yet to beat the prices she secured and the aftercare support makes all the difference when a matter needs addressing. Hope to continue for more years to come.

Leah Johnson did a wonderful job for me arguing my case first with the previous supplier and then with the new supplier, both of whom had issued me with bills that were hundreds of pounds over-estimated. With some difficult negotiations she represented me and finally won the day with both suppliers. Well done Leah and thank you for your perseverance.

I think that I was offered the best deal available; perhaps the only down side was that there did seem to be pressure to come to an early settlement. I think this may have been due to the deal on offer being only available for a limited period but it might have been because the agent had a target to reach.
