Karl has been very responsive and proactive throughout our experience with Utility Bidder. He chased EDF on our behalf, kept us updated on progress, and even put together a helpful Excel sheet summarising all our meters. Despite some delays on EDF's end, Karl has remained on top of things and communicated clearly at every step. Really appreciate the effort — thank you, Karl!

Very professional and saves us lots of time
As a business we haven't got time to go through all the options available to us for our energy.
Utility Bidder have been great for us and Nizam has sorted our contracts the last few times now and contacts us when something changes and feels we'd be better off changing. Nizam has always been very helpful, friendly and professional (and patient when I haven't got back to him promptly!) Highly recommend dealing with UB. Especially with Liam Tierney. ( I hope your boss is reading it - HE NEEDS A RISE! ) Absolute gem in sales.
I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working with the company, and I feel it’s only fair to highlight the level of service I received, especially from him. Very knowledgeable and informative, polite and not pushy - i put the phone down if i sniff out a pushy sales person.... can't do with any sales BS.
Everything felt straightforward and transparent. Utility contracts can often be overwhelming or feel a bit rushed, but that wasn’t the case here. Liam took the time to explain my options clearly, breaking down the details of each deal - so it actually made sense. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which made a big difference.
Liam was professional, patient, and refreshingly honest. That kind of integrity is rare and made it much easier to trust the recommendations he gave. He also stayed responsive throughout the process.
Overall, the experience felt efficient but still personal. I came away feeling confident that I’d made the right choices for my business, both in terms of cost and long-term value. Will be back again when contracts end.
