Probably the best experience I’ve had in dealing with switching utility providers. Luis Salazar was courteous and thorough. He was knowledgeable and patient and helped save the charity I represent more than £3K annually. Fantastic service.

Nicole phoned me as we already had one…
Nicole phoned me as we already had one of our contracts through them and it was coming up for renewal. I have now changed 6 of our contracts through Utility Bidder I did raise some concerns having read some of these reviews but Nicole set my mind at ease. Definitely better prices than if you go direct to companies. Can get a little pushy if they can't get hold of you but I do understand as prices change.

Terrible service from Utility Bidder - they are motivated only by how much money they can gouge out of you. I would certainly recommend sorting out your own energy package rather than dealing with this lot.

Typically a cancellation charge occurs when the contract that was agreed with yourself fails to go live, usually when a contract has been agree elsewhere. This is a breach is of our terms and conditions of service that would have been agreed when accepting a new supplier contract.
We are only able to see limited information on Trustpilot and are unable to locate your case. We have requested more information via Trustpilot, please could you provide this so we are able to investigate further.

Have used different energy brokers over many years and have been using Utillity Bidder for proberly around 10 years now and have served me very very well.
Nicole Thorpe is and has been my contact throughout the years , she is very knowledgeable and has many years of market experience to offer.
I have on occasions been sceptical with her recommendations but went with them and in many occasions in Hind Sight have turned out to be very good.
I have recently advance renewed both my nat gas and electricity contracts with Nicole.
Highly recommended.
