Overall good
Ali was quick to respond to my queries on the whole. He wasn't chasing for an update all the time which I appreciated. There were changes that we were not aware of when the quotes were accepted but I expect that this is because we will not use an LOA for quotations. It would be appreciated if a consistent format was used for letting us know about changes to quotes rather than some in graph or table and others in an email where errors are easier to take place. Overall the service was good and I look forward to checking on the portal to see the information that we can use.
