Has been a shambles 3 different case managers no communication, always given different information, lost paperwork, clearly don't read correspondence sent to them and now trying to make me settle at an amount they told me to turn down 8 months ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had an accident on 20th March 2019 where a part of a metal fence surrounding a central London park fell off and injured my foot.
It should be an open and shut case as the local authority were clearly negligent. To date I have had no word from the solicitors as to how my claim is progressing. They appear to be afraid of actually taking the case to court as they seemed to be willing to accept that a visual inspection of the fencing by the council was evidence of due dilligence. I did point out to them that the top section of the fence had either been removed or that it had dropped off the surrounding sections of the fence. They were going back to the councils insurers about this fact but I have heard nothing since. Whilst this solicitors have had some good reviews they have also had some really bad ones.

My insurance claim has just been settled, thanks to the help of Steffan from Your law, very helpful with providing updates and information regarding the claim.

I made a personal injury claim in October 2019’ I have completed my claim. Quick and easy process. Chloe was excellent and kept me up to date- Chloe is very knowledgeable and is a credit to the team

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The communication is so poor I felt like I did more work than they have, by having to chase them constantly for just a simple reply.

Everyone is so unprofessional and do not care about their clients.

They took so long sorting out my treatment that was advised by a medical professional ( that they had told me to see), I had to arranged my own as I couldn’t stand being in pain anymore.

Details lost by them, I had to send them again nearly a year after my accident go get the ball rolling again after hearing nothing from them.

The person who was suppose to be ‘looking after my case’ didn’t tell the appropriate people, I had accept the bad offer (purely to get rid of these people, because it’s more stress than it’s worth), so was waiting and waiting for NOTHING.

More than a year later, I am still waiting. Iv made a formal complaint, and I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me as per my request.

DO NOT use these scammers. It will cause you more stress after an accident, that is really not needed.

This company is so poor quality I don’t know how they are still running.

This was the first time I have made a NWNF claim and thought the process would be arduous. However it was made very clear and the whole process was easy to navigate. The case manager in charge of my claim - Anca - was very helpful and easy to contact for any information needed regarding my claim. She was particularly good in negotiating a worthy claim.

I would recommend Your Law to anyone in need of making a quick claim in the future.
