Started off hopeful, then kept getting changed to different case handlers, constantly having to chase them up for updates as I’d go months without hearing anything. Over a year long process and in the end stopped replying to my emails once they realised they wouldn’t be making money from me, I got a blunt letter in the post saying they now couldn’t do anything and I was to blame for my accident and someone else’s negligence. Waste of time.

The solicitors seem to work part time from what I can gather, my emails very rarely get replied to if ever! Very slow on sorting things out like medical experts etc... I think it's like a conveyor belt system of cases as they even sent me an email calling me by a different name lol ........ not good at all

Terrible service no way of contacting them. No communication from them at all unless I chased had to supply same information on more than one occasion had 3 different accounts personal looking after claim. Never even asked me for pictures of injuries. I would not use this company again

I sign all documents with 25% fee and when they saw that I had won by far what they expected £5000. They increase from 25% to 35% fee
