If there was a star below 1 it would be no stars. Avoid at all costs. I am totaly dissatisfied with this company. I have been passed back and forth with case workers. My claim should have gone to court. Which it hadn't. Had another case worker phone out of the blue saying my deadline was due for court. I unfortunately missed the call due to unforseen circumstances. And the following day had an email saying we couldn't go to court. It was a hit and run. So I dont know who the driver was. It was over 4 years ago. And now saying that I won't get compensation due to how long it has been. Due to them totaly dragging thier feet!

Keep requesting information already sent. would not use again as nearly 18 months later still not sorted.
Why did we bother with this service!!

Lisa the lady that dealt with my case was outstanding with a charming laugh that makes ethics better and her demina of respect shows a true carriage and that’s how all should be simply she was excellent fabulous Thank you I would give five star

We’ve been working with Minster Law following a no-fault car accident, and so far the experience has been very positive.

Our representative has been extremely helpful and compassionate throughout. They took the time to talk us through everything clearly, making sure we understood each step, and we’ve consistently felt that they are genuinely on our side.

The INK platform has also been a really useful repository for all the information related to our claim, keeping everything in one place and easy to access.

At this stage, we’re very happy with the service we’ve received and feel confident in how our claim is being handled.

Lee Elmore & his team kajol & robbie i am very thankful to have been working with the past 3 & a half years, they have worked with me from the very start of my claim, it was a tough journey for us all & wasn't the simplest of cases but I have to credit the team for the efforts they put in on this case, not only that but the efforts they made for my rehabilitation to get me back mentally and physically. They didn't just support me but my wife & family also as it was a very tough time but this team made it easier and couldn't have done any more than they did. Very professional at what they do & listen to my needs at the time as they changed through out the years, they adapted perfect to my needs. I couldn't recommend on emphasise on how much of great team they are.

Your team kept me up to all though the process of the claim. My only issue was logging on to your website ( after several new passwords still unable to acceds my info). I had hoped for a slighter higher settlement figure, but overall pretty satisfied. All the stall I spoke to by phone were really helpful and very kind
