I would like to recommend this company to everyone. They are very helpful, precise, and communicative. I can highly recommend them.

It is early days but so far very positive .My initial contact Lisa was brilliant ,very patient with me . She explained everything very clearly. Things started to happen very quickly after the initial phone call.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with these. They were initially very proactive, helpful and responsive, but from day 1 I kept receiving email after email and text after text for a review which I never completed as I didn't yet know the quality of the service. As time went on the communication become more and more distant, we are now at the point where I have been ignored for several weeks, I have sent follow up emails with no response. When I received my Medical assessment results they instantly closed the case, although written in the report was advice for another referral, which they later "noticed" as they read it and asked if I would like to follow the advice, I told them yes as it was professional advice I would like to follow it. I was confused that the claim had already been "closed".. my insurance app will no longer let me view the claim as it's "closed". I am waiting for some kind of response regarding the second referral, I've had no joy chasing them via email for over a month. I have added losses to my claim through email as their INK app did not work, the losses still haven't been added to my claim - if it's still even open.. the app also wouldn't let me sign my medical report so had to chase this up via email. It started well and very friendly but has become unsurprisingly poor service recently, I expect this from companies that push a review after the first phone call as usually they'll grab the 5 stars then service declines. Another 7 day wait now for a response then I will follow up with my last email then I'm afraid it's straight to the ombudsman. Seen a lot of reviews similar when I started to look into them, unfortunately these were through my car insurance company so I had no choice, if there was another one I would take it with no hesitation as seems to be the same issue repeatedly with numerous clients.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Throughout the entire process of handling my injury claim, I felt that I was not treated fairly or with the respect and care I deserved. I constantly had to make calls and follow up myself to get updates, rather than receiving proper communication and support from the service.

On the day of my medical assessment, the person handling my case seemed very rushed and eager to dismiss me, leaving me feeling unheard, disrespected, and deeply disappointed.

Dealing with an injury claim is already stressful, and I expected a service that would show genuine care, professionalism, and understanding. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to look for a provider that genuinely values its clients, communicates effectively, and treats injury claims with the seriousness, compassion, and attention they deserve.

Thank you Minster Law for initial phone call. Joe Mudd was really helpful and was quick and easy process. Everything was explained really well too and all made sense which was brilliant.

Received exceptional assistance from Zidane who was very patient with me throughout the conference.

Claim took over 2.5 years. Very little communication. No replies to emails. Had to chase constantly. Went through 3 different handlers. The physio they used and took a substantial amount off me for was very creepy and unprofessional but when I reported that nothing happened.
Even when I gave up and just accepted the offer I still got no response and had to chase to make anything happen. Haven’t actually been paid yet. Would not recommend. Made an already difficult situation much more stressful than it needed to be. Awful experience and absolutely would not use them again.

Ellie was a fantastic source of support when you really needed it. Experiencing an accident and dealing with the aftermath is stressful, so having someone who listens intently, brings genuine warmth, and helps turn a tough situation into a positive experience makes a huge difference.

Lisa made the formality of filling in the form a more than pleasant experience after a traumatic time. It was nice to be able to speak how I wanted and to laugh with someone who didnt take offence at what I said. I would advise peiple to use this firm if they can get Lisa it would be even better, Helen

Bryony was a really kind, considerate and attentive person to deal with. Made the whole process much easier to go through and was sensitive but efficient when having to talk through a difficult discussion. Highly recommend.
