Thanks to Minster Law, particularly Peter Bancroft and Maxine Boothroyd. They supported me through a long and complex case following a car accident in which my partner was killed. I didn't always get back promptly, but they remained polite, caring and effective, and achieved a good result. They always stayed in touch about what was going on, even when people did not always get back to them.

Minister law are very proactive when it comes to new claimants, everything has happend so swiftly and just by a click of a button. Everything is digital, appointments are always on point with timings. Everyone so far on my journey since the car crash have all been very helpful and understanding

I really hate to leave a bad review. But .... everything started off fine communication was ok. Some things got dealt with then complete radio silence. To then receive an email that my case has been transferred to someone else. Again communication was ok and I thought was progressing to almost coming to an end and then no communication whatsoever since august. Despite numerous emails sent for any updates ive had no replies. I rang today the direct number I was given to someone different answering and he was helpful but mentioned it needs transferring AGAIN. i appreciate things take abit of time but I had an offer made which i was advised to decline which I did. And now absolutely nothing. Ive been left in abit of a financial mess due to loss of wages since the rta i was involved in and I really need some assistance with arranging an interim payment and some general support with my claim. Its had a huge impact on me with having such a loss of wages. I just want some proper communication so we can move my claim forward and finished. Any help I would be most grateful
