2 years on and still hardly any idea what is going on!
3 different case handlers, things started to look up with my most recent one but then again the no responding to emails starts.
Asked me for witness contact details but now over a month on no contact with the witness.
If it wasn't for the fact I know I'm in the right i would of never bothered.

Worked as fast and effectively as possible during covid 19. Kept in touch regularly with updates.. Fast and friendly.. Avernell Williams was wonderful, very friendly and always very polite.. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Very Poor Service and dodgy Company with more than one website. I was dealing with abigail.olsen and she gave me a misleading information saying she can only get me initial payment of £1000 from the defendant after staying at home since November 2019, very dodgy, I went online and found out that they have more than one website!!!
They send me a schedule loses form and they are claiming that the defendant may not pay most of the loses. And if I have to use a Physio, it has to be the one their company recommends for me as they are not guarantee to get the money from the defendant either.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!

absolute disgusting firm, constantly chasing them up , waited near 5 weeks for my solicitors manager to speak to him regarding my claim, only to now be told that they cant take it any further !, honestly my so called solicitor sounded like he was 16 years old, and didn't reply to emails and when i called he was skittish, when i wanted to complain about the service i had received he refused to give me his managers name or anything, i have spent 6 months waiting around for these people to handle my case but now i have to start the process all over again, do not attempt to have these cowboys handle your claim, go elsewhere trust me, they are a joke !!! i told my solicitor many times i have anxiety and the fact i have to keep chasing them up to only be ignored was stressing me out. 3 times i sat all day waiting for a phone call from them that never came, my emails for the most part went unanswered and they have to be one of the most unreliable firms ive ever dealt with totally unorganized and just seem to laugh at you when you are stressed out. . avoid this firm at all costs , 100% . its just not worth it, the stress i have gone through due to their lack of understanding is appalling

I have had the pleasure of working with Abigail Minor on the last leg of my case. Abi is a great person to work with. She's sensitive, responsive and actually cares about what you are going through. I have been through 6 case handlers in 2 years. I had a car crash into us from behind of which 4 teeth got damaged. I have waited 2 years and they are now trying to claim on my insurance!! This is one of the worst companies they never respond to emails or call you back always unavailable.

slow to start, i got passed around to quite a few different paralegals. I knew it would be a drawn out procedure as i live out of the country. finally i fell lucky with victoria furlong who was very professional and quickly got me a settlement i was happy to accept. and passed me on to the accounts dept to pay out the claim. i was told 4 to 6 weeks, they have gone silent again 11 weeks later, not answering phones, or emails. Disappointing.

Not impressed too far in to back out now .Never return phone calls or keep regular updates unless I push.Too many case handlers who either dont read the case files or disagree with what the previous one had done so you go back to the beginning .I feel we have done more ground work than them .Medical Experts take ages and tbh not helpful at all seem more interested in pushing you towards surgery and when decline they loose interest. You Guys are supposed to be on our side ........................Really !!

Without these guys help I wouldn't of known what to do about my injuries.these guys have been amazing.there knowledge has been a god send.keep up the great work once again thanks to steffan & Christina and all at your law thank you guys.
