Not heard hardly anything for 3 years poor communication then told that they had cyber attack so information was breached
Now a letter today stating after 3 years my claim would not be successful having said it would be initially
3 years in I have a deformed finger and still having treatment under the hospital for this injury !
They said it would not be successful as 2 things were missing which they again were wrong , as both were not present lighting and warning of raised iron works ?
So the people concerned we’re liable

awful experience passed around to different case workers. Case abandoned at last minute to state that I didn't have a case when clearly I did and the defendants themselves admitted wrong doing. Absolutely awful.

Graham McGill was acting on my behalf, his service was impeccable, always answered any concerns i may have had on the day, no waiting for an answer, he acted professionally as befitting his position & got me my settlement.

Do NOT go anyway near YOUR LAW, new law, we dont understand law, whatever your name. There been sued for Discrimination, Dishonesty, Embezzlement, Gross Misconduct, Negligence, and Breach Of Their Oath. FCA are investigating them for FRAUD. SRA are investigating for INJUSTICE. The main character in this scheme should be called DAVID BRENT after the Office series. The one solicitor is called Johnathan Unsworth. Remove the S and add a Y, you have UNWORTHY, more apt. The 3 STOOGES have nothing, nothing on these circus operators. BILLY SMART CIRCUS show. They should operate out of a TENT. Roll up, roll up, get your free ticket, we promise to destroy your claim as quickly as possible. CRMINAL RACKETEERS. The Columbian Drug Cartel have nothing on these leaches. Why is there not a ZERO score, pressing one makes me gurgle. They will destroy your claim then look at you as the liability and come after you to get their costs after damaging your claim so badly no solicitor will touch it. In 3 years 8 months with them I have never seen such astonishing incompetence. They are a wrecking machine. A lawyer told me of late if he was given 1 pound every time a claimant mentioned your law as negligable he be a very rich man. The DEFENDANTS made a offer to settle way back in 2021, I was only told of this offer in September 2022. They missed the NHS motion for possable neglegence deadline, I have had so many claim handlers, I presume there ghosts, do not exsist. They missed critical medical info, I had to obtain in person, after 3 years and 8 months from date of my claim, it takes weeks for a answer to a simple question, I only knew one claim handler, I had many, who i never had contact with. Its lies upon lies with them. I have been informed by a lawyer that Your Law, have only 3 registered personal under Law Society and only one register solicitor. The London office does not exsist. Infact they are a call centre that sub contact legalese claims and all you will incur is excuses after excuse and your claim will be sabotaged, they will then make you look like you was the problem and the exssesive costs, my personally working hours costs are 17,000, without the expertise costs. They made me aware of this once they abandoned me, knowing I was on to their neglegence. The costs will become inflated as you will not be aware of these costs at start of claim only when the claim is destroyed, the costs will be presented to you, and your initial thought would be ' how on earth did they calculate this' as there be SKY HIGH. They become volatile once they realise they have destroyed your CLAIM, when all your doing is asking questions they should answered 3 years ago. They intentionally drag the claim out so inflated hours worked can be invoiced. There a CALL CENTRE, under the disguise of a top notch lawyer firm, when infact only one register solicitor, so I ask, how can one solicitor oversee numerous claims, with diligence, he cant. And this one solicitor works only 3 days a week, as he is a freelancer. As for positive, very brief strapline review, here and google, I suggest most are AGENTS told to write review on their behalf. Because no one, no one, who has dealt with these scammers over 3 years would have nothing pleasant to say. IF YOUR READING THIS YOU BEEN SAVED, from entering a legal claim with these JOKERS.

Everyone must report these cowboys to the SRA. The owner needs shutting down. 4 years and no communication from them. Cannot update the case as they do nothing all day.

Molly put the kettle on we will be coming to Wales to see you soon. Infact I have seen Yourlaw and Mollys name alot on the internet, might need to make a few coffees, lots want to see you. Might have to arrange to all come at once.

Enough is enough! They should NOT be trading.

Waste of three years of my life. Your Law / New Law or whatever they are calling themselves are fine if your case is straight forward. But if your case is mildly more complex then expect months and months with no contact, random emails asking to explain accident details again, witness statements not chased up, no urgency and a general lack of resolve. You will also get passed to many different case workers, and it’s very doubtful they fully read the case notes. I got hit off my bike by a hit and run driver - 100% their fault. Despite witnesses and evidence, YourLaw simply crumbled when it came to presenting a worthy case to the defendant’s solicitors. Go elsewhere

Worst company I have ever used. For 3 years mr case was passed back and forth from one person to another. Not one of them knew the exact history. They lost my wittiness names. They didn’t even have the right details about my accident. Keep well away from this company .

Our case took almost 5yrs to complete. During that time our solicitor (Candice)was with us every step of the way, nothing was to much trouble. I cannot thank her enough.

I wonder if the 5 star reviews here are genuine, because my experience has been anything but excellent.
It's been almost 5 years, and while I appreciate that covid has had an impact, its really unacceptable.
I've had more case handsets than I've had hot dinners during the claim, I wonder if they are using my file as a training exercise sometimes!! They keep asking fir evidence to be sent and then resent. They lost all my original wage slips which I send for proof of loss of earnings, and then told me I needed to send this proof again and without it the case would be kicked out ... we had a judge make an order that the case had to be wrapped up or the company would be fined due to duration, which caused them to agree to a ridiculously low settlement figure, even before the defendant had seen my medical report...which I was told I had to pay for out of my settlement amount!! Liability was accepted by the defendant at the very start of this claim, and is was valued at £20,000 + yet settled at only £5,000 and I was threatened thst if I chose not to accept, the insurance would not cover my costs and I'd be billed for the entire costs accrued in the 5 years its taken. This company company are a clown school not a law firm and I strongly recommend you use someone else!

I started my claim over 2 and half years ago, after being passed onto several different personnel to represent. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed every 2 months by a generic text message stating someone else was dealing with my case, finally had my settlement figure which was agreed and accepted, I was told payment would be 3 to 4 weeks which has already surpassed and now nobody replies to my emails! Seems there in no rush at all to pay claimants out

I can honestly say New Law have been absolutely fantastic, particularly Candice. She was extremely efficient and thorough and kept us updated throughout. She responded to calls and emails quickly and answered any questions as small or big as they were amazingly. Thank you for being our support through a time of difficulty for my son, we are truly grateful.

i contacted your law regarding an ankle claim & its been nearly 28 mths & i stil havent had an outcome. I have been constantly emailing the person dealing with my claim but no reponse for a while now. The first two people dealing were great but i understand my case has now been passed to another team & they have not updated me atall...very frustrating! I’ve now had an update to say they are not pursuing case as defendant has suddenly produced some evidence in their defence so was a complete waste of my time it seems. This I only found out by contacting them so not sure when I was going to be informed of this!!

I had a wrist injury in 2017 which lead to me having several operations over the first 3 years. I contacted Your Law within the first few weeks after the accident. From the start to the end in June 2022 Your Law where there to help me throughout the whole process. Not being able to go back to working as a bricklayer was extremely hard to take on board. Very disappointed, had car accident in sept 2017, and it took 2years to resolve my claim, my son was told he had to wait until he was 18 which was last Sept, he's still not had settlement, staff fob us off saying a date then disappear out the office for longer than that duration told, noone chases case in claim handlers absence, very difficult to get through on phone, thinking of seeking other legal advice now
