Your law keep having my reviews removed! I have all paperwork to prove my experience with you. Poor communication! Your case gets passed from handler to handler no one seems to know what they are doing. They took my case on saying they would take it to court if needed but then decided 6 months into the case that they wouldn’t do a thing!! Wasted my time!

Its a difficult skill juggling many clients but making you feel like you are the only client and he has done a magnificent job. My Litigator has been fantastic, she pushed through my claim to a satisfactory conclusion. I felt she always had my best interests at heart, it has taken 3.5 years to reach this conclusion but I cannot fault my litigator.

Terrible service. No strategy and no guidance for my case. You law changed my solicitor with no notice and no reason. My injury is permanent and this company has left me extremely vulnerable, without proper compensation. DO NOT USE THEM

I am very busy and at times took weeks to provide details and documents. Avernell was always patient and understanding, and would call me to ensure I was OK and had attended appointments etc.
