Services provided by YOUR LAW was very satisfactory. Mr tuhin Ahmed is very competent and professional solicitor, he handle my claim and gave me honest advice.

Our claim took a while to get going with several changes of personnel however Candice took the case she was was excellent - her communication was clear and we felt she listened to our concerns and gave clear advice.

Your Law has been handling my case for over 2 years now.
I have been passed from one person to another.
Information has been lost and had to be resent more than once.
Your Law is trying to give me no alternative apart from taking a full and final settlement, even though it is well known a head trauma can cause serious after effects many years after the event.
I have found Your Law to be very unprofessional and wish I had used a different company.

I have been dealing with your law for nearly two years now. LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. No one calls or gives you updates, I have constantly had to chase to get information on my claim.
I also found out that there was an extra ATE charge that was not discussed with myself so that was a shock, they apologised that this had not been explained but brushed it away… was promised that my claim would be paid within 6-8 weeks, 11 weeks later still waiting…. I wouldn’t recommend your law and am confused how they have had so many good reviews 🧐

Your Law have been very helpful. I am dyslexic and I struggle to use email. I was told I could ring and I’d be dealt with, which is good if you’re like me and would rather speak to someone. Rubbish!!
3 years of very little communication, I’d get emails saying “ I’m your new representative & I’ll be in touch shortly” only to wait 4 months & ring them myself . I was repeatedly told I’d get £14,600 m, I actually got £2.390 !! I should have got £6600 but they lost my insurance documents with my legal cover details on , so I lost £4300 on costs!! I sent those documents twice & I just couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer . The kicker is ,, Tesco offered £1500 out of court & the way I feel is I should’ve taken that, then this useless lot wouldn’t have made £4300 off my injury
I do not recommend!!!

My experience with your law has been great from start to Finnish had plenty of help and support all the way through from turhin who was assigned to me he kept me regularly updated with everything and made the whole process easy for me to understand and always made sure I was ok throughout weather it be from a phone call to email thanks for the help you gave me recommend to anyone who needs similar help
