Somehow they procees the claim which I made but considering fact than my accident was in 2018 and I am still awaiting my payment in 2021 is not acceptable, expensive service without straight communication with the claim handlers, half of their staff is furlough. Unfortunately my health is compromise by their apologies instead action, forget than someone will respond your emails. Very good at apologies somehow. Do not recommend.

Started a straight forward claim 2 years ago and still no progress. I have emailed handler, team leader and complaints but I think there must be something wrong with my email as I don't get a reply. Just spoke to them and apparently my handler was changed but they didn't think I needed to know that!!

Very poor service. My accident was September 2019, and I was paid out February 2021. It was quite a simple case, however they passed me on to four different solicitors within this time. Furthermore, I actually had to make phone calls myself to prompt the drs surgery for paperwork. Seriously! That is part of the solicitors job, but they were just sitting on it. The only reason they got two stars instead of one, was because the final solicitor, Sara was more helpful. I would not recommend this company. You have to chase them constantly, and then do some of their work yourself!

Francesca dealt with my case and sent me updates every step of the way in a clear and concise manner. She gave me good advice making sure I understood each of the choices along the way and resolved the case in a timely fashion.

The only solicitor, who was interested in taking my case of over dozen contacted. If You had soft tissue injury and no one is willing to even listen to you, they are the ones you need to give it a try. They handled the case against one of major logistics company's who was very unresponsive and difficult to deal with. The process was dragged in time of the course of over three years, which is pretty much standard. I was happy with the end result.
