Not a Positive Customer Service Experience
In the process of looking for a new peptide supplier for research peptides a small order was placed. 4 of the 5 vials reconstituted well, but the 5 was cloudy. They provided a coupon to replace the item, but forced an additional shipping charge to be paid. The lack of accountability and arrogance they displayed by acting like it was the reconstituting was the issue was astounding. How can the same solution be fine with 4 out of the 5? Lesson learned. There are a number of suppliers that can provide a positive customer service experience. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

However, we have no order information from anyone with your name or similar, nor do we have any customer service interaction history with the same via email, text, phone, or chat. I believe you may have us confused with a different company, which does happen at times. I will be requesting your information from this platform so we may hopefully get information in case you were a customer under a different name.
The experience you describe is not at all the type of service we provide, so we really want to help get to the bottom of this.
