Absolutely hardly no correspondence always chasing them on things premex medical meeting put back 4 times you email and hardly get a response very poor service

Great service from these guys. My Case Manager was superb.😊 She was patient, kind, regularly kept me informed, easy enough to contact and happy to send any forms I needed. Very happy with the 12-18 month process and based on my experience would deffinately reccomend to anyone😎

Everything was transparent from the start. Although it took a couple of years to settle (no fault of YourLaw), I was happy with the contact I received from Avernell once she took over my case, she is really lovely. I was given an ‘advance’ on the settlement from YourLaw as it was taking so long as well! Thank you Avernell :)

Although the claim took approximately 18 months, all members of staff were polite, efficient and helpful. If I had a question, it was answered fully and explained appropriately. I was aware of costs (ie Your Law's %) from the beginning and my mind was put at rest - no nasty surprises. Harry and Tadhgh were very helpful.

Shocking. My crash was 2018, had so many "claim handlers" once 1 leave no one picks up your case until you complain. I would leave if I could. Do not recommend.

Nothing is too much, they explained everything clear as day to me, I have poor understanding of legal wording but it has been a absolute pleasure working with these, I would highly recommend them if your in a situation. 10/10 for me. Thank you newlaw, been a pleasure working alongside you

Got ran in to by a car I was on my bike ended up with bad back 2 frachers. My claim taked one year to complet very grateful all your hard work u have done for me brilliant thanks

Very frustrating case has been swapped to five different people anytime I ask for information I get patronising comments saying it isn't done in a day and takes time. It's been 4 years since my case started they admitted liability which should have been open and shut case but nope got pushed around to everyone in the company to the point I can't change solicitor as will ruin the claim, now it is done I was told 21 days it has been 30 days I email my case manager to get automated email saying they are not in office and with zero information when they are back, I have hated this entire experience I have had to deal with alot of stress during this and your law has done nothing to support my concerns throughout the proceedings just seems like a simple payday and my case wasn't important enough to worry about straight away. Really don't recommend this company I went to national accident helpline which is how I ended with these guys. I don't recommend either and I can't wait to find out when I receive my payment so I can never have anything to do with these guys again. National accident bit my arm off with excitement they could help to then be put with these emotionless people is unacceptable

Wish I could give more than 5 stars staff who felt with my case were top class can’t fault them for nothing .

Quality service and support from Your Law, has been exceptional. Personal case manager... regular update, the support you need when you don't know what to do. The proof is in the name, 'Your law' They are representing myself with Laws that are here to protect myself as an individual, and I have been treated like an individual and have had a personal experience.

I have been putting a claim through since February 2018 which is STILL not sorted. During this time my experience with the team has been shocking and if I could change Solicitors I would in a heartbeat. In this time I have had 4 new case managers; each time I have had to email them to find out that I have a new case manager. This is not the first time this has happened. Today marks a significant day for me as I emailed my old case worker yesterday baring in mind he said 21days and I should have had a response in my claim for it hopefully to be over. It’s been a month since that conversation, to find out today I have a new case manager! And the quote has not been accepted from a team manager yet, so I still need to wait even longer. There is literally no point in putting a complaint in due to nothing being done about it. Found it funny that they sent me a survey to complete, I completed it then magically I was getting responses to emails.

Whenever I call I do not get through to my case manager, emails are responded to incredibly slowly and you definitely are not kept in the loop. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Unless they want to wait over 2 years and 5-10 working days for a response IF you are lucky!

Claim has taken time. And at times felt very left out. I was assigned a new soliceter, much more helpful kept me I the loop and and felt much happier with the service.

I didn't know what to expect when I started my claim but the team at Your Law where there for me. They were very helpful throughout.
