My case has taken a while but most of that was due to the company I’m claiming from!
I’ve had no problems at all, and have been updated regularly. They have also been understanding of me preferring emails, rather than phone calls. Have been very happy with the service.

Your law is the worse company I have ever dealt with.

My claim was opened on the 8th of September 2019.
My current injury claim case has gone on for well over 1 year with zero communication from YourLaw. The last email that I was sent was on the 1st of June and my response was ignored. If you are thinking about using this company do not!! Save yourself a future headache.

My case has only just begun . But they have been very helpful with my case . And have always responded quickly to any queries i have had .
Would recommend them .

From the beginning of my claim I have found them very good. It was easy to contact them and they kept me informed throughout. I would certainly recommend them.

At this time I have no complaints ,my case is still ongoing ,but they have kept me in the loop and whenever I had questions they were quick to reply and very understanding .

I instructed Your Law to act in 2 cases, the first one failed completely and the second one has stalled with not response from them since 21/07/2020, despite emails and phone calls to them. I would advise avoiding them for anything slightly complex as they don't seem to have the expertise or resources.

Disgusting! My sons case has been transferred by many handlers and in between the file has been gathering dust!! Over 2 years and still no compensation although the amount was agreed. My sons file was suppose to be with the arbitrator from since July - only to be sent back to the paralegal, asking the same questions from months back, as well as written confirmation. I have been fobbed off with all sorts of excuses and she has the nerve to say that he won't get his compensation, although her colleague said they had referred his case to the debt recovery team - his words, they were expecting the money to be paid, so who the hell is lying?! Scammers!!

I have been dealing with your law for the last couple of years after having a fall in a public area and breakneck my arm

Both my husband and I had terrible service. Took over 2 years to get a payout and then it was much smaller than that of the other parties who had been in the same accident but went with another law company. It did improve when we made a complaint but we shouldn't have to do this to get a decent service. If you get offered physio at the start of the claim think carefully about taking it because it does get deducted from the final fee. They say it doesn’t but they reduce the personal injury amount to compensate for it. Our friends didn’t have physio and got paid a higher amount. Management are rubbish. I have a complaint in and they haven’t followed their own procedure. No consistency in approach. Do yourself a favour and go with another company.

I found Your law very professional, extremely helpful and were able to help me in matters where I did not understand. At no point did I feel under presure to make a decision. There response time in answering emails was really good, phone conversations easy, I was kept informed very well through out the process.

I had a bad fall in December 2017 breaking my humerous bone resulting in having to undergo surgery to repair and plate it, then a very long recovery period with further surgery and physiotherapy. Throughout the duration of the claim process I can't fault the care, understanding, communication, patience and support from initially Lizzie and in the last few months Talia to bring my claim to a very satisfactory conclusion. absolutely disgusting behaviour had 5 different case handlers lazy,incompetent and amateurish all i get is a permanent limp arthritis and 1000 pound thanks guys

I had a motorbike accident back in April 2019.
I got in touch with Your law to deal with my case i was kept up to date with my claim through out,i had two case handlers one left your law then i had another Owen Lakes.
he kept me up to speed with my claim any problems just emailed him.

my case was finally ended in june 2020 with all my expenses and compensation it would of been sooner but with the covid it was understandable.

I would highly recommend your law and Owen Lakes to deal with any claims.
