I am in the process of making a claim in regards to a nasty fall on the street and so far i have been treated like an individual with proper care and attention asked all the right questions and took attention to every detail in regards to the incident this is the first time I've ever made a claim and they talked me through it step by step with courtesy and professionalism.

I made a claim over a year ago. My son won the case however all communication stopped in September when the guy dealing with my case left. I have been emailing them and calling them for month and no response.

Natasha was very helpful throughout my

claim. she was pretty prompt with answering emails and I found it helpful that I could speak to her over the phone too.
Her advise was always honest and useful in regards with how to proceed with the case.

Communication and advise has been spot on, extremely happy with how my case handler always had time for all my questions, ran through everything with me, and dealt with my case in a timely manner.

So far the service I have received has been extremely poor. I have had 6 different case handlers, no one returns calls or answers emails and I am repeatedly being asked for the same forms. Medical report has been awaiting review by a manager since before Christmas.

My claim has now been going on nearly 2 years and I have no idea what’s going on. Poor Poor Poor.
