-100 stars if is possible... STAY AWAY the 5 stars reviews are bought.... Just got a black 69 plate S class with LOOONG LASTING issues , all i can say SCAMMERS at its finest. Just to start... drove all the way 180 miles with 2 children to get the vehicle on a Sunday. Tuesday done the MOT just regular check , failed due to emissions being triple in numbers.Obviously started to do the checks with confirmation from Mercedes Benz , previous owner and repair garages around London ( Tenby gave me all the invoices of the vehicle ) found out the dpf issues , air con issues , fuel sensors issues ... black smoke from the exausts.. THEY SAID THAT THE CAR WAS PERFECT.. they have done the checks and they were hoping that i would not bother...THEY WERE AWARE OF THE ISSUES KNOWING THAT LAST MOT WAS MADE IN FEB 2026. Bought the car back yesterday , now i get declined on every application because my credit report looks bad as i have already a car in my credit file, until settled... now i am without car and cant make a application for 90 days... Got in contact with solicitors .. they need to prepare themselves for the compensation costs and the awaiting court trial shorlty.. Stay away if you do not need extra stress. I can provide photos of damage and history of vehicle.

Hi, the guy who help me was an amazing artist, all the paper work was done in less then 10 min and I cand drive my car straight away with no issues, so it was really pleasure to work with them! Well job done guys, keep going and thank you

I bought my BMW X6 from them. The sales team was really supportive. After few months had an issue with the vehicle, the after sales team was really helpful. Diagnosed and fixed my car in a reasonable time and kept me updated throughout.

Sold my Tesla M3P to this company via carwow auction. Then had to wait a week for them to come out and collect the car. Admittedly the car wasn't perfect but I did show and explain the in detail the minor issues. When they finally arrived to view the car he spent over 30 minute trying to find more faults with the car. Which I think was a bit over the top. When he couldn't find anything he actually made something up. He claimed the brakes were shot and needed completely changing . He claimed there's was no way they'd be able to sell the car with brakes like that. They would be over a £1000 to put rite, but to try and be fair he'd have to knock £500 of the price. It has recently past it's mot. The car is also a tesla and 90% of the time you don't use the brakes in a Tesla. Average life expectancy on a Tesla is over a 100'000 miles. To my surprise the cars on sale the very next day with the original brakes on it. I have anonymously asked them if the brakes are ok on the car and they've assured there fine.

Based on my experience I will not be returning to Tenby Car Supermarket.

My partner and I purchased a BMW X4 M40d which, at its first service after three months of ownership, was diagnosed with both front shock absorbers leaking.

The dealership was notified immediately. I responded to their email on 13 January and sent a further chaser and deadlines for a resolution, but did not receive a response within those timeframes.

As a result, and following guidance from Citizens Advice, I have now been advised to proceed with the repairs and recover the costs through the courts due to the lack of progress in resolving the matter.

This is disappointing as the purchase itself was positive, but the aftersales experience means I would not return or purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I bought a BMW X4 M40d from Tenby Car Supermarket and a leaking front shock absorber was later confirmed by BMW.

I responded to their email on 13 January 2026 the same day, sent a further chaser on 28 January, and then formally requested Alternative Dispute Resolution — none of which received a reply within the deadlines given.

During this time the vehicle deteriorated, developed severe tyre wear and ultimately failed its MOT, leaving us without a usable daily car.

To try and resolve matters without escalation I:
• Supplied independent inspection reports
• Followed their process
• Obtained three VAT-registered repair quotes
• Offered a reasonable settlement figure

With no engagement from the dealership, I have now been advised by Citizens Advice to proceed with the repairs and will be recovering the full cost through the courts.

My annual review of this place to serve as a reminder to everyone to STEER CLEAR OF THIS GARAGE.

I bought an Audi S3 from this garage in 2017 (yes, almost 10 years ago! And I have written a review every single year since to remind people, and will continue to do so from as many accounts as possible!!) and it was a big mistake. It broke down as I got just down the road and turned out the clutch had gone with the dual mass flywheel.. not a small job. They literally told me to take out warranty and go through a third party warranty company instead of resolving the matter themselves.

After further inspection the car had been involved in a crash as it had been structurally repaired and repainted again. This was confirmed by another garage. Getting rid of this car was the best thing I did.

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I bought a BMW 7 Series from this dealership in April 2025. Around 10 weeks later (July 2025) the car broke down and was diagnosed with an ECU failure.

Since then, the vehicle has been off the road for several months and as of mid-January 2026 it has still not been fully resolved. I have been without a car while still paying finance, which has been extremely stressful for my family (I have two children).

The dealership advised me to proceed through my extended warranty rather than dealing with it directly as a potential pre-existing fault.

The car is currently with the dealership for repairs. I will update this review once the work is completed and the matter is concluded.

Couldn’t ask for a better sale, rang on Monday, collected on Saturday, Hamza was top class and kept in contact daily letting me know the mot progress and cleaning progress, top salesman couldn’t ask for a better experience

Not the worse car company in the world. Everything was ok for purchase and collection etc.
but and this is a massive BUT!!
I purchased the car with a full year warranty from warranty first. They sell you this when you purchase any car from them and I paid £600 on top of my car purchase of the all singing dancing WARRANTY FIRST Premium warranty.
After 6 weeks of ownership and under 300’miles my car was stolen.
Now warranty wise are refusing to pay any refund and also Tenby car sales are refusing. Warranty first are saying Tenby got paid and Tenby say warranty first got paid. Nobody will accept responsibility so now I will have to escalate the matter to higher powers to get the truth in who has my money.
Also another VERY annoying practice is there admin fees.

1. £199 admin charge for car purchase. I paid full asking price and still get charged this ?? I had to apply directly through dvla just to get the v5 as i never received it after 5 weeks so what admin are you doing ?
2. £50 admin charge for finance commission acceptance ??
Also I was promised a full years warranty and service with the vehicle
Yes an MOT was done when I drove home the break pads were at around 15% and scraping, no advisories on Brand new MOT?, no receipt who did the mot no paper trail ? Very unusual
Also service promised and said was completed, No receipt, no stamp in the book as asked and promised for on 3 occasions prior to collection.
It’s not Tenbys car supermarkets fault my car was stolen but after sales very poor.
Finally don’t bother emailing them unless it’s regarding something they want or they just blank you.
Crazy considering the vehicles you have in stock not much different to buying a 30k plus motor down a dark ally.
Rant over, always think twice and check the fine print on the toilet paper contract.

This garage is a con artist purchased a Peugeot in July it’s a disgrace the brakes had to be made safe then the fuel tank and fuel lines needed replacing and now tonight the transmission has gone the MOT is dodgy and the paperwork is faulse do not trust them I am contacting trading standards vosa etc and disputing the MOT !!!

I bought a car from this dealer and was never told about an engine remap, which led to serious problems (EPC warning, cylinder misfire). They failed to resolve the issue fairly, and I had to escalate the complaint to the Motor Ombudsman. Extremely poor service and misleading sales practices.

Description of car was good, test drive was good, transaction for payment and paperwork very smooth, very good value.

Spoke with Ahmed about seeing a car and came to see it the next day. Car was in perfect condition at a reasonable price. All documents included with full service history. Great communication and very friendly.

I was late on arrival literally at closing time and Ahmad said he will stay and wait for me to arrive to collect the car. When I arrived he didn’t rush me he let me look at the car and appreciate everything about it, was very polite and welcoming and I will definitely be coming back here for my next car after this. The car was fully washed and valeted and the procedure with the paperwork was very fast also. Great service will be back for sure.

Excellent service. We had gentleman Name Ahmed who helped us get finance on an E class. This guy was brilliant. I really appreciate his help. Always messages back afficiently. Picked up the car yesterday drives beautiful. Definitely recommend
