I was late on arrival literally at closing time and Ahmad said he will stay and wait for me to arrive to collect the car. When I arrived he didn’t rush me he let me look at the car and appreciate everything about it, was very polite and welcoming and I will definitely be coming back here for my next car after this. The car was fully washed and valeted and the procedure with the paperwork was very fast also. Great service will be back for sure.

Excellent service. We had gentleman Name Ahmed who helped us get finance on an E class. This guy was brilliant. I really appreciate his help. Always messages back afficiently. Picked up the car yesterday drives beautiful. Definitely recommend

A very relaxed and great experience at Tenby Car Supermarket, I was approached by Ahmed who gave me full details for a car I was interested in, every question was answered fully and backed up by official documents from servicing to MOT including a a engine service carried out by Tenby before delivery of the car. Ahmed is a great salesman with bags of experience without ever being pushy on selling, the cars do speak for themselves as the fleet of cars they buy and sell are higher spec. Whole experience of buying a car was seamless and smooth. Thank you

Bought a Tesla Model X here for £24,200 in April 2025. Within 11 days Tesla confirmed serious steering faults making it unsafe. Reported within 30 days, but my attempt to reject under the Consumer Rights Act was refused. Discovered possible undisclosed accident damage and questionable MOT. While in their care, the battery was drained to 0%. They have now had my car for nearly 9 weeks and still haven’t repaired it.

The directors, Shahnawaz Gazdar and Andreas Orthodoxou, and Tenby Car Supermarket itself are not members of the Motor Ombudsman scheme. I strongly advise researching them and this dealership before buying. My experience has been frustrating, costly, and is now going through formal action. Proceed with caution."**

Stear clear of these cowboys. I was going to buy a Lexus CT hybrid. On the day of collection they said they had serviced and MOT'd the car. I took the car out for a test drive and guess what? The brakes were binding, the steering was pulling, and there was a damaged tyre. Apparently it went through the Mot the previous day. They use a friend of theirs to Mot and apparently service their vehicles. They don't get a service and a real Mot, they get a bent one.

Only had the car for one day so far so good, however I would like to shout out to sales exec Ahmed was very helpful from start to finish always had time to accommodate me even when I was flat out and he was and was very helpful throughout the process

Avoid at all costs. I bought a BMW X3 car on July 14, 2025 and they said the car needs a service. Service done and I didnt get a service details and not recorded BMW server as well. After a week rear brake pads gone and Front cigarette socket not at all working. I was expecting that I could have been informed before I purchase the car. They said warranty does not cover the wear and tear I agree but not expected go in a week. They refused to help and the warranty they sold us didn't help. I expected better quality and customer service from a reputable dealership, but unfortunately, they are no where near to that.
Selling a car with such significant faults is unacceptable, and their lack of accountability made the situation even worse. Based on my experience, they prioritise sales over customer satisfaction and do not ensure the quality of the vehicles they sell. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Tenby Dealership in Luton to think twice. Better dont buy from them.

Avoid at all costs. Bought a car and 2weeks later it didn't work. They refused to help and the warranty they sold us didn't help. Had to prove it was a fault there at purchase. Proved it but they said it doesn't count. Awful experience. Do not buy from these people

Very happy with overall service

Absolutely shocking company. I went to pick a car up this morning a blue lexus CT that I had purchased only to find it had faulty brakes, tyres that would have needed changing in a week or so, a gash in one of the tyres, steering was pulling to the left, brake discs that had a lip on them like a doorstep, warning lights on the dashboard etc etc which in itself is an MOT failure.

This vehicle supposedly passed an MOT on the 25th of June which was yesterday, obviously,they are using a bent MOT testing station.They couldn't even be bothered to do a mini valet on the vehicle, it smelt horrendous on the inside, if they cant be bothered to clean a vehicle prior to sale what does that tell you about the dealership? Avoid at all costs if you value your safety. It's obvious they are using one of their friends who's running a bent MOT station. I have informed the ministry of transport when I arrived back home.

Using one of their friends and doing bent MOTs is a dereliction of duty.
There is an old addage which goes like this, "never buy a used car from Luton, Birmingham or Bradford."
Like I mentioned above, if you value your safety avoid this dealership at all costs.

To whom reads. When you buy a secondhand car there is no warning to when a mechanical fault can happen.
Within a few hours of owning the car a problem happened.

Now I can't stress enough on how well the aftersales team helped and supported me threw getting this all sorted.

Yes a bit of time and definitely the inconvenience.

They kept to there word, and finally got my car sorted.

A massive thank you to the aftersales team all of you. And to the company as a whole.

I honestly can't believe I fell for it. Tenby Cars is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I went in thinking I was getting a good deal, but nope. They sold me a car that was a total wreck. They assured me it was in great condition, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, everything started falling apart. The engine's messed up, the suspension’s shot, and the electrics are all over the place.

I tried to reach out to them about the issues, and they completely ghosted me. No response to emails, no return calls – nothing. It feels like they just want to get your money and send you on your way with a broken car, knowing you'll be stuck with the repairs. They straight-up lied to me about the car’s condition, and now I'm left with a massive headache.

Please, learn from my mistake and stay far, far away from these scammers. Tenby Cars is a joke and they do not care about their customers one bit. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that actually has some integrity.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD, PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I had/STILL having a extremely disappointing experience with Tenby car supermarket. I purchased a Mercedes Bens CLA from them on 25th May 2024, when I left the garage on my way back to London, I noticed my brakes was squeaking. I called the warranty and they said they do not cover the brakes as it’s not apart of my warranty. That’s fine, but Tenby took no ownership. and within 3 months of having the car, my knock links became faulty which made my car painful to drive. I called the warranty and they done everything to not take accountability for the works. The bill including the brakes was £500 the dealership. The warranty only agreed to pay £55. They also want to go back and forth with the Machanic which I could see it was annoying him and they really wanted the Machanic to say I made the fault. The Machanic told the warranty that this can only be the wear and tear of the car. In the end I ended up paying out of my own expense.

Now I have an issue with my gearbox. My car started jerking out of no where when I drive it. The engine light is now on and it’s causing such a distress. No one want to have a car and under a space of 6 months the engine light is on.

When I contacted the warranty, they have confirmed they will only cover £900 which is peanut to repair a gearbox for a Mercedes. The quotes I received is significantly high. I then had to contact the dealership again as this is out of control. We have been going back and forth for weeks. Asking for all these evidence and proof for why the Machanic believes it is the gearbox.

In the end they said they will repair the car however they cannot supply with with a courtesy car so I have to commute back to LONDON out of my own expense. Bear in mind, there is no dates when I could get the car back, no reimbursement for the inconvenience, I need my car for work and my personal life, no courtesy for selling me this botched car. I’m so stressed, I feel like crying.
