I purchased a vehicle from the Milton Keynes site the prep was not very good, it had overspray on the panels and windows. The car was not cleaned very well the centre glovebox had lollies and pens left in there.
I’m from the trade so the overspray was not so much of an issue.
The after sales aspect is also poor Ive been chasing some information and have been told I will let you know tomorrow then tomorrow comes and no call and still no call to date.
Makes you feel I’ve got your money and that’s all that they care about.

Tenby cars I’m disappointed.

I wrote a review of my truth to what I feel and believe has happened based on my experience with this company. I am not a liar and I’m fair. If the service was good I would also come and state that, I believe in giving people their props.
However, after writing it my partner received a very vicious email threatening to take legal action against us, because the review is damaging their business. We aren’t a pair to be silenced by threats Tenby, you asked us to write the review so we did. Yes we were compensated warranty eventually of up to £1000 worth of damages after we kicked up a fuss on the day of collection. And yes we also reported you for taking out several warranties in my partners name without notifying us modifying the contact details both those facts are TRUE. This company isn’t worth the hassle unless you walk with a mechanic I stand by that!
Im extremely disappointed In your private threats most rebpetitible companies respond to a review in the review comments if they feel aggrieved or apologetic. This behaviour is unacceptable, please refrain from contacting us unless it’s to do with the car. Let’s keep this relationship professional although I’m not sure Tenby know how.

I purchased an XC60 from these guys. They truly are cowboys and NOT trustworthy. Don't be fooled and please read reviews. Was sold a car with only one working key for a keyless entry car. On speaking to the sales team within 24 hours, they were aware the key wasn’t working for keyless entry and said to remove metal fob for entry and then place in ignition for a stop start car. The key fob does not start the ignition. This is simply a lie on their part. They withheld the key in a plastic wallet before I had paid the money so not something I could have tried beforehand. I trusted it worked as paperwork says 2 keys not 1 working and 1 not. The Volvo main dealer said the key is not programmed to the car. This is the second key and I only found out as the first key came up with low battery. They deliberately did not disclose this and the email confirms they knew. They are refusing to pay for a replacement. Avoid using them as now I am doubting what else they said they would do to the car before collection had been done. They are only interested in profit like any other second hand car dealer not reputation and happy customers. There are other cars and dealers, take your money elsewhere.

Having found the car I wanted to buy, the buying process was good, the car needed some things done to it before collection, which was in the main done and Hamsa in sales kept me up to date, the problems started on collection, the TPMS was not changed as agreed nor was the parking sensor issue repaired.
I contacted Hamsa and he said he couldn't do anymore and passed me over to aftersales. They in fairness agreed to pay for the TPMS to be replaced at a garage nearer to me, but the valve they told me to get was the wrong one, I ordered the correct one, but can't get it programmed anywhere. I have emailed them on several occasions about this and asking them to pay for the parking sensor and fitting but have been ignored now for several weeks. Spoilt the whole buying experience for me hence only 3 stars
