Seriously These guys are AMAZING to work with. Super HONEST and straightforward. We had been looking around trying to buy a new car quick because our old one died. We looked at privately owned as well as with dealerships. The private sellers were so shady, and the dealers wanted to charge us £3800 extra. Shani from Tenby cars was honest from the moment we met,He showed us so many cars and honest opinion the we liked it had slightly scratch on alloys but they put new alloys on the car which we liked it.i was so happy that’s why I m writing this honestly they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for.Thank you Tenby cars- i bought this BWW about 3 weeks ago and they rang me last week to check how I m doing with the car- very impressed with the after sales service as well- so far no problems and value of the car is more than what we paid for.bought one car last year as well

I have recently bought a car from that people. The are very professional and helpful people. My experience with them is very good.

These people are con artists. They sold me a car with ‘minor issues,’ but it was a complete mess under the hood. After a few days, warning lights started going off, and they wouldn’t even take my calls. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

Bought an Audi A6 Quattro SLine from Tenby Car supermarket and Hamza was the one helping me!

I viewed a car had a little sorting out to do .also had my sister visiting here from Canada. So Pretty busy . Anyway I said few days later and after some discussion I said I would have it on a WhatsApp message .I was then told someone is comming later in that day to view it so he wouldn't let me leave deposit and he would get back to me after they had viewed it . 100% no loyalty I would avoid them now at all costs .very good business practice

I bought bmw 320D , mr .Ahmad was the person I contacted regarding it and he was really helpful and supportive from the beginning , applied for finance and got it approved even my credit score was bit low , but got finance for a reasonable price , and I’m really happy for that , and I would like to recommend mr.Ahmad if any one looking for new car or finance .

These people committed to buy my car through a Carwow trade auction and then simply disappeared. They dont return calls nor emails. Zero customer service. I will avoid them like the plague in future. My experience with them points to an amateurish backstreet trader type outfit.

Bought an Audi Q2 from this garage last weekend. Process was fantastic from Ahmad, very easy, lovely gentleman and answered all the questions I asked. Would definitely recommend buying from here and asking for Ahmad!

Worst experience I have ever had. Never seen any dealer to care about until the car is sold. We had issues with the car after and the aftersales team blamed us for it to get out of it the didn't want to hear about it even. They sold us an extra insurance as well saying it covers "all electronic equipment" but the dashboard has blacked out and they're saying they can't fix it. It is a vital thing.... Such a shame..

Bought BMW 5 Series, Ahmed was really helpful. He assisted me in the whole process of getting the finance approved quickly indeed it was quite tough journey for me but Ahmed is very professional he helped me to get my finance with bed credit.
