Todo genial. El personal de recepción muy amable y de gran ayuda.

Muy bien todo. La atención genial son amables los de recepcion y la limpieza muy bien , vienen a limpiar una vez a la semana.

Muy contento con mi estancia. Han cumplido mis expectativas de comodidad, limpieza y trato del personal.

La relación calidad precio es insuperable. El personal ha sabido solucionarme cualquier duda con una sonrisa y mucha profesionalidad. Sin duda si vuelvo buscaré a ver si os queda algún hueco para repetir.

Mi estancia ha sido simplemente increíble. Desde el momento en que entré, quedé impresionado por la atención al detalle y la calidez del lugar. El ambiente acogedor y moderno crea una sensación de hogar lejos de casa.

Todo perfecto, buena atención y la casa muy limpia. Repetiremos!

El trato de todos los trabajadores fue magnífica, me ayudaron en todo lo que necesite.
El cuarto estaba todo genial, super limpio y ordenado.
Agus, de recepción fue encantador, si en algún momento nos hace falta volver a ir, iremos de nuevo aquí 100%.

Alquilé una habitación en la que entré en septiembre, las cláusulas abusivas, pésimo servicio de limpieza, en cuanto entré estaba todo SUCÍSIMO, las fotos no eran acordes a la realidad y ellos lo saben... no se hacen cargo de absolutamente nada, una vergüenza de empresa, no recomiendo para nada la experiencia

podría escribir un libro solo con lo nefasta que me parece esta agencia, pero como mi tiempo vale más que ponerles a parir en este foro, me limitaré a denunciarles por estafa e incluso a sanidad

PIDO POR FAVOR UN CAMBIO DE HABITACIÓN!!!

El día de hoy recibí las llaves de la habitación que he alquilado, sin embargo esta habitación difiere mucho de lo que está publicado en el perfil,

1. El piso está dañado.
2. Una de las paredes está súper manchada.
3. En general está sucia, polvo en todo lado.
4. Una de las paredes es diferente a lo del anuncio de Spotahome, es amarilla con grafiti negro (súper fea).
5. No cuenta con persiana exterior como estaba en el anuncio.
6. La silla del escritorio es muy diferente.
7. La cortina también es de otro color.
Muy triste que no me permiten subir fotos, que la habitación está realmente un asco!!!
Como dicen que es una cuestión de estética, no me permiten elegir otra habitación!!!

Y no vengan a decirme que pueden arreglar y limpiar las cosas. Desde agosto estoy en otra habitación con ellos y hemos tenido que esperar:
5 meses por una estufa que funcione;
3 meses que me arreglaron mi ventana que no cerraba;
Sigo esperando 1 frigorífico nuevo (que tenemos 1 con 3 espacios para 6 personas);
Una lavavajillas rota que dicen que no van a cambiar;

La respuesta que tengo:
“Par hacer el cambio y puedas mudarte el 4 de diciembre, debes abonar hoy lo siguiente y enviarnos el comprobante:

Diferencia de la mensualidad de deciembre 60
-Tasa de reubicación 60.5
-Diferencia para completar la fianza 620-560=60
-Total= 180.5€“
Quieren cobrarme una tasa de limpieza para hacer un cambio cuando la habitación vino en un estado deplorable.

ACTUALIZACIÓN

Firmo un nuevo contrato para entrar el 4 de diciembre, porque necessito de quedarme en algún lugar. (Tuve que quedarme en una habitación 80euros mas cara).
Después de todo tratado y pagado me dicen que al final habitación NO ESTÁ DISPONIBLE el 4 pero si el 9. La respuesta que tengo:

“Lo siento Bernardo, estos errores pasan.”

Yo entiendo que puedan pasar errores, el problema es que de todos tengo que asumir las
Consecuencias siempre yo, y no veo que Smartliving tome parte y me brinde soluciones y no solo que me diga estoy errores pasan…

Unos sinvergüenzas. Estoy en un piso donde el hecho de ser hombre y tener banderas de España me han llamado la atención. No sé preocupan por las zonas comunes y encima solo te meten prisas para pagar. Unos estafadores y dictadores. Si necesitas algo urgente no te hacen caso. Si eres hombre no se te ocurra irte aqui

I was traumatically disappointed by the treatment of this organization. Ho affittato per mia figlia una stanza presso un appartamento da 7 persone in Barcellona.
All'arrivo mia figlia has found a disorder and an impressive lack of cleaning interventions. Surely it derived from the maleducazione degli inquilini già presenti, ma anche (e questo lo ha constatato in seguito) from the lack of scheduled weekly cleaning.

Non tutte le camere erano occupati, ma a mia figlia è stata peggiore camera peggiore (a giudicare dal sito) con un'unica finestra posta molto alto da cui si poteva solo la tromba delle scale internale e l'ascensore. State alla larga da questa organizzazione.

Impossible to use the kitchen. She had to find two cutlery and a glass and manage them in her room, the only place where she could eat meals.
Not all rooms were occupied, but my daughter was assigned the worst room (judging by the website) with a single window placed very high from which you could only see the internal stairwell and the elevator. Obviously she didn't have air conditioning and in the summer she suffered a lot of heat.
Last but not least, it should be noted that the treatment received from the boy at the reception was very rude, hasty and unfriendly.
I would like to point out that for just three weeks of stay the cost for the apartment was 1875 euros since if you book between two months you do not pay for the actual time of stay but for both monthly payments.
Stay away from this organization.

They do not respond to our mails, my heating system doesn't work, we are in the middle of November! It is unacceptable. We are completely being ignored!!!

I have been there between the 1/10/2022 and 20/07/2023 in the apartment they own in Carrer de Valencia 95 (in which btw I found some lifelong lasting friendship and even more) in Barcelona.
The whole apartment is kept in disgusting conditions, with bedbugs, disgusting fridges and everything seems to fall apart.
The agency doesn't provide anything which is not included the contract (pay attention).
The agency instead provide a list of rules which are meant to be followed such a 70€ a night if you want to host someone or a fee of 150€ if you smoke inside.
The neighbors are quite ok, the apartment in front is as well from the agency and the other people know that these are student apartments.
Every 10 days more or less a cleaning lady comes to clean everything: problem is that depending on the lady, sometimes everything might be shining or else even worse than before.
After the end of my staying in the apartment I noticed that by contract there is 6 weeks wait to get the deposit back: it took 3 months (12 week) and some friends of mine haven't received it yet. I think they desperately trying to get some more money for free even though they actually charge a lot of money for what they offer.
Let me repeat it:
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Hope you get the message before you pay anything.

Reservé una habitación hace dos días ya que te obligan a "reservar" (550euros) antes de firmar el contrato y ni siquiera te envían factura de haber pagado.

En estos dos días pueden haber hecho lo mismo a otras personas y haberlas obligado a "reservar", ya que el anuncio nunca desapareció de internet y nuestro contrato no estaba firmado, a la hora de firmar solo había problemas y falta de respuestas misteriosamente.

Me puse en contacto con ellos para anular la reserva y solo aquí se han puesto en contacto conmigo para decirme que se van a quedar con mi dinero, un mensaje muy escueto directamente para decirme que "lo lamentan pero no me lo van a devolver". Una auténtica desfachatez, poca profesionalidad, cero calidad humana, de hecho solo hablaréis con un email porque incluso cuando alguien AL FIN te coge el teléfono te remiten de nuevo a mandar un email.

La reserva ha durado dos días, el contrato ni se llegó a firmar y ni llegué a ver el piso. Aún queda tiempo suficiente para que se lo alquilen a otras personas puesto que el alquiler era para el mes siguiente. Solo quieren quedarse con tu dinero, no te responden a los mensajes para solucionarte nada, solo para cobrarte y literalmente DESAPARECEN con tu fianza.

Pongo 1 estrella porque es el mínimo para poder dejar mi comentario y advertir a quien esté pensando en confiar en ellos: ES UN ERROR.

Solo borraré este comentario si me devuelven mi dinero.
