Lovely property and very kind and responsive landlords!

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. El ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable. Recomendable!

The flat-sharing system is pretty good and the cleaning ladies were a big help.
Although it's true that cleanliness really depended on the roommates present at the time.

The room, apartment,and facilities were great. The location is also quite good, and the price is fair. The only major complaint is that the maintenance people will sometimes show up with no prior notice, and there are fees for things such as a blocked drain which I expected would be included.

La verdad pase unos días excelentes en el hospedaje ya que estaba en un muy buen estado, lugar muy tranquilo por ser una residencia estudiantil, la atención al momento de necesitar o consultar algo fue muy buena, sin duda volvería a este lugar en Valencia !!! Esta reseña la transcribo en nombre de Lucia quien estuvo varias noches en el hospedaje !!

100% recomendable, estuve alojado en el Eixample y desde el principio siempre me han ayudado con todo, tienen diferentes servicios que ayudan a las personas que vienen de fuera con los trámites burocráticos. Recuerdo que durante el primer mes, hubo una incidencia con el calentador y tanto el servicio de atención al cliente, como los chicos que vinieron a arreglar el calentador fueron super rápidos y muy majos. Además suelen organizar eventos donde conoces gente de todas partes, la verdad que me llevo una muy buena experiencia.

Amazing student housing. Great area. Clean and modern facilities. Everyone was super welcoming, helpful, and helped solved any problems I had during my stay.

The Co-town team was very supportive and responsive over email and WhatsApp. They helped in every way possible.

I was satisfied with my stay at Vanguard Student Housing. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the environment was quiet and conducive to studying. The location is convenient and safe. I would recommend this accommodation to students looking for a comfortable and well-organized place during their stay.

100% recomendable!! La habitación era espectacular y la atención al cliente fue genial! Además de estar atentos a cualquier necesidad, organizaban eventos y se preocupaban de cuidar hasta el último detalle! Espero poder volver a alojarme pronto con vosotros!

Whenever there is a problem the company responds very fast and is very helpful. However, the cleaning ladies are in the apartment for a long time but meanwhile are calling loudly on their phone most of the whole time instead of cleaning the whole time while they’re in the apartment.

Muy buena experiencia con Vanguard, echaré mucho de menos Barcelona. Todo ha sido muy facil, sobre todo el check-in con Alana, majísima y muy atenta.
El piso estaba tal cual en las fotos y limpio. Todo estuvo muy bien, lo recomiendo!

Would not recommend – important to read

My experience at this residence was extremely disappointing. When I first arrived, the room was in poor condition. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, the room was dirty, the table was falling apart, and the fridge was dented. Additionally, there is a foot-long ledge to climb to get into the shower, which is a safety hazard and not visible in the marketing photos that were clearly taken from selective angles.

Customer service is quick to respond but ultimately unhelpful. A serious incident occurred when another tenant threatened me and two others with physical harm. Despite having video proof of the threats, the Cotown/Vanguard team took no action. This contributed to my decision to terminate my stay early.

Maintenance issues were frequent, and almost every week I saw staff fixing another problem. The food offering also felt misleading compared to what was advertised. When I raised this with the staff, they responded with “When you visit a hotel do you expect the breakfast to be the same as the photos” Which I found unacceptable.

In my opinion, the marketing does not accurately reflect the reality of the residence. Images should honestly represent the rooms and facilities rather than using angles to make them appear better. Safety should be a priority, and residents should not have to fear for their wellbeing. Staff must take threats seriously. Plumbing and general maintenance also need improvement.

On a positive note, Joanna, who handled cleaning, was respectful and professional. She was the highlight of my stay.

Overall, due to the unsafe environment, poor maintenance, and misleading marketing, I cannot recommend this residence.
