I bought upgraded and business class tickets and it said refundable. less than 2 hours later i had to cancel. the tickets are not refundable they take off 20% of it tickets on it. they there for stealing 20% if somehting s refundable and pay for the privilege of refundable it should be refundable.

I booked Zurich to Milan, but then wanted a tour out of Lucerne, so I booked another ticket Zurich to Lucerne and Lucerne to Milan. My request to cancel the first ticket for a refund was denied although I gave almost 3 months notice.

O site apresentou um problema e não emitiu a minha passagem, mas cobrou no meu cartão. Quando solicitei, me enviaram a passagem de outra pessoa. Já enviei milhares de solicitações de suporte e não obtive retorno. O suporte simplesmente não funciona.

I've booked 13 tickets in total and paid via PayPal. I've never received the tickets. It took 3 weeks, sending endless mails (bad (internal) communication of Railclick), threatening with involving the police until I finally got my money back. Definitely cannot recommend.

Buyer beware, this is a third-party reseller of train tickets that in my case, had a website looking very similar (in my opinion deceivingly so!) to the website of the actual train service website I intended to buy from. I should have gone directly to the train service website in the country I was traveling in. In my opinion, you'll get less fees and better seating choice. However, they were quick to answer the phone when I called.
