I purchased tickets more than a week…
I purchased tickets more than a week ago, I still haven't received my tickets. I have phoned, emailed, and left 3 messages on the Contact us page with no reply. The money is already deducted of my bank account. We need our tickets for Visa applications. I don't know where to turn anymore as the company is not responding in any way.

Il sito è molto comodo per cercare le migliori soluzioni a tragitti ferroviari, non sono soddisfatto per l'assistenza però. Non sono riuscito ad utilizzare un biglietto perché il treno che avrei dovuto prendere ha avuto un ritardo di quasi 2 ore ed ho dovuto acquistarne un altro.
Ho chiesto di avere il rimborso al vostro help desk ma mi avete risposto di rivolgermi alla compagnia ferroviaria; questo non lo ritengo corretto perché io mi sono rivolto a voi per l'acquisto per cui ritengo avreste dovuto supportarmi e non scaricare la colpa ad altri.
Non credo utilizzerò il sito in futuro

This is a 3rd party company. Their advertising is misleading. They respond slowly, if at all. And you have no idea what kind of ticket you will be gettingwh or where you will be sitting. NIghtmare.
No email notification after payment
I would prefer to receive a notification once I booked in my email box even the confirlmation itself was not yet generated. This has caused some stress and I opened an incident for nothing in fact.

Easy to negotiate. Helpful, efficient and positive response to my cancellation request-I incorrectly put in the wrong date. Easy to reschedule. Surprised and not pleased with double pricing increase.
NOT RECEIVED THE BILLET ON TIME
I ordered on sunday end of afternoon for Monday morning and I didn't recieve mail with the train billet.
I only recieve billets after my reclamation , the day after.
And now they don't want repay me.

I was charged over 6 euro service fees…
I was charged over 6 euro service fees for a ticket that costs 1 euro! Thr payment went from the site without any confirmation from my bank app. I find this outrageous. I cancelled the ticket and asked for a full refund but they only want to refund the price of the ticket, I.e. 1 euro.
Fantastic customer service
I didn't correctly check the ticket I bought, but assumed it was right. I saw my mistake and contacted Railclick, who very kindly rectified for me, with no extra cost - even though they didn't have to. Fantastic customer service

l'achat d'un billet via ce site n'est pas une bonne idée. si vous achetez un billet TRAINITALIA, allez directement sur le site officiel. ne passez pas par eux. ils disent que vous avez une visite gratuite, mais vous devez laisser un pourboire de 10 EUROS ? où est la gratuité ? quant à la commission de 6,90 € qu'ils prennent sur votre achat, c'est intolérable ! le billet termini - aéroport de Rome ne coûte que 14 euros sur le site officiel de TRAINITALIA, avec eux, votre facture revient a 20,90€. que font ils de plus ? RIEN ! a vous de voir.

Ich habe versucht, über diese Website ein Ticket zu buchen und wurde zur Zahlung zu PayPal weitergeleitet. Die Zahlung wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen, aber nach der Rückleitung auf die Seite erschien lediglich eine Fehlermeldung.
Ich habe weder ein Ticket noch eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten, obwohl das Geld bereits von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde.
Noch frustrierender ist, dass der Kundenservice praktisch nicht erreichbar ist. Alle angegebenen Telefonnummern sind inaktiv, und auch das Kontaktformular funktioniert nicht – beim Absenden erscheint jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung.
Am Ende stehe ich ohne Ticket da und 200€ ärmer. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Booking was very easy and we received our tickets promptly via e-mail with instructions how to validate, etc.
We have to change our time of departure and we immediately received help and feedback. Booking from South Africa we were a bit nervous but with wonderful help from customer service we are just so happy.

I reached out to railclick about my train tickets in Italy and they sent me my tickets the following morning thank you railclick for easing my mind about my trip to Europe

Zu den Standard-Preisen werden willkürliche Servicegebühren am Ende dazugerechnet. Es wird mit kostenloser Stornierung geworben, storniert man, bekommt man jedoch nicht den gesamten Betrag zurück! Finger weg von diesen Betrügern!
Customer service was excellent!
The site was fairly easy to use and the customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. We had to change one part of the trip and we were unsure how to do it on line. After sending details to customer service it was all done for us and new tickets sent. We are now very much looking forward to our journey.

J'ai effectué une réservation pour un aller-retour Lyon Pare-Dieu à Paris Gare de Lyon le 10 mars sur la ligne TRENITALIA.
Je reçois dans la nuit du 10 Mars un mail de TRENITALIA qui m'indique qu'il y a un problème sur la ligne et que je dois prendre le train à St Exupéry mais je n'ai aucun détail de l'heure.
J'essai de joindre l'assistance indiqué sur le billet => TRENITALIA me renvoi vers RAILCLICK.
J'essai de joindre l'assistance de RAILCLICK : pas de réponse.
J'envoi une demande d'assistance via leur site internet vers 7h (Le train était prévu à 8H50) : aucune réponse.
J'ai reçu un mail de retour le 13 mars sans aucune information dedans.
Je réponds à ce mail pour demander un dédommagement : je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelle.
