Italiatren sont des usurpateurs : si vous tapez Trenitalia sur la recherche Google, vous allez certainement ouvrir une page d'Italiatren sans vous en douter, car a part l'URL (que vous ne regarderez pas), la page qui s'ouvre est uniquement identifiée "Trenitalia" en haut à gauche. Vous commanderez vos billets, vous serez peut- être surpris au moment de payer, de voir environ 7 euros de "frais et taxes", s'ajouter, et vous ne pourrez pas télécharger vos billets, il faudra faire confiance car ils sont censés arriver par mail. Si une erreur de saisie s'est produite, pas de billet..et pas de réponse à une demande par formulaire au service client. En résumé, vous vous êtes fait arnaquer, comme moi ! A éviter absolument, site web parasite, alors que la compagnie trenitalia gère très bien vos résa, et sans frais supplémentaires

Attention prends des frais injustifiés…

Attention prends des frais injustifiés lors de la réservation et refuse de les rembourser en cas d'annulation à l'initiative de la compagnie !! Incroyable je dépose plainte à la répression des fraudes sur le site signal conso et vous invite à en faire de même ! Ces pratiques doivent cesser, prendre de l'argent aux gens sans aucun service en face et totalement injustifié cela n'est plus possible en 2026 !!!

pratique le domain parking pour vendre des billets à la place des compagnies régulières, ajoutent des taxes et n'acceptent pas les changements et annulation de billets contrairement à ce qui est annoncé dans leurs conditions. Service particulièrement lent à répondre - par la négative de toute façon. Déconseillé fortement.

Une plateforme malhonnête
Inversement de trenitalia dans le nom mais on peut y arriver plus facilement, ne permet pas d'avoir toutes les options du vrai site (utilisation de code de réduction suite à des retards précédents, toute les options non disponible (Allegro, Silenzio))
De plus prend des taxes alors qu'un billet de train par la loi européenne doit être exprimé en TTC.
Ils font juste que réserver )à votre place sur le vrai site...

It's a scam!! They make it look like the trainitalia website and take extra fees. It's also a lie, they say they have 4.5 on trustpilot, which they don't: they have 3.6!

méfiez vous de ce site

On pense réserver sur trenitalia mais on est orienté sur ce site.
Le billet est très difficile à changer, on n'a droit à aucune indemnité en cas de retard pas comme si on avait acheté directement sur trenitalia.

Remboursement avant départ

Bonjour, ayant innocemment choisi trenitalia pour acheter qq billets dont un le311225,j'ai dû essyer d'annuler celui ci.
Là surprise trenitalia ,m'explique que j'ai réservé via italia tren.....nuance car là ce n'est pas remboursable alors que sinon j'aurais récupéré 80%
Bravo c'est quasiment malhonnête
Sinon tous les autres voyages ont étés parfaits, dommage

It's basically a scam! They mimick the website and URL of Trenitalia and charge you 3 times the price of the original ticket. However, you just get a PDF confirmation with a Trenitalia logo that says: "Not valid for travel".

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with Trenitalia on the “direct” train journey I booked from Geneva to Milan — a one-day round trip that was supposed to take about 4 hours and 30 minutes each way.

Well, my nightmare started early in the morning when my train from Geneva was cancelled without any prior notice. I ended up taking three trains and one bus, and — voilà! — after a 3-hour delay, I finally reached Milan.

Of course, by that time, I had missed all my appointments.

Later, I arrived at Milano Centrale an hour before my return train to Geneva. First, the “direct” train was announced with a 25-minute delay. Then, guess what happened next? They kicked us all off the train at Brig, in Switzerland!

Now I’ve been stuck here for almost an hour, and apparently, I still need to take two more trains to get back to Geneva. Instead of arriving at 11:50 p.m., I’ll now reach at 2:45 in the morning!

Can someone please give me a reasonable explanation why I paid CHF 200 for a direct train ticket — when even one of the doors wasn’t properly covered?

Sorry, European Union… but this experience was 100% crap!

Compagnie limite frauduleuse

Compagnie limite frauduleuse : se faisant passer pour l'entreprise Trenitalia, ils vont même jusqu'à apparaître en haut de vos recherches. Ils appliquent des frais supplémentaires à l'achat du billet (85€ devient 96.20€) et ne permettent pas d'ajouter de chien. Les guichets Trenitalia ne peuvent rien modifier sur votre billet acheté chez Italiatren. Je n'ai pas pu rajouter mon chien, et donc je n'ai pas pu embarquer dans le train. Je les ai prévenu avant le départ du train que je je souhaitais un remboursement, et ils n'y procèdent pas sous prétexte que je les ai prévenus après. Pourtant, l'heure d'arrivée des mails ne ment pas. A fuir !

Attention ce n'est pas le site TRENITALIA !

Même expérience que certains autres utilisateurs ... vous cherchez TRENITALIA et le moteur de recherche vous propose en tête de liste le site ITALIATREN avec un lien "Réservation en ligne sécurisée | Trenitalia". Je n'ai pas été assez vigilant et je me retrouve avec des frais de 6,91€ pour deux billets d'une valeur de 70€ ... 10% :o
Le site est bien fait car il présente le logo TRENITALIA en haut de la page.
Bien joué pour gagner 10% facilement ... la prochaine fois je serai plus vigilant !
Le site est certainement très utile si vous n'avez pas de compagnie de train privilégiée ...

ItaliaTren website didn't let me buy my specific tickets

The website initially didn't let me buy the tickets I wanted. I tried multiple times and even used a different browser. It popped up with a prompt asking me to choose a different "tariff" (or ticket) or cancel. The next day, I went back into the website and saw that the ticket prices for my selection increased and was able to buy an earlier train tickets for the price I wanted. So now I have learned that the reason I wasn't able to book my tickets is that the train ticket price increase wasn't reflected yet on the ItaliaTren website. I wish they could just say on the prompt that popped up. It was very frustrating.

The tranitalia website is NOT user friendly …

The trainItalia website is very unpredictable and not at all user friendly. It is an ordeal to use it, each time.
This last time, I had not received my PAID tickets and I had a hard time trying to contact them. Fortunately, the help service I finally found was very helpful and they found and sent me my tickets. Thank you to them.

En cherchant à acheter un billet sur le site officiel de Trenitalia, je suis tombé par erreur sur ce site, qui s’affiche en premier via une publicité sur Google, jouant d’entrée de jeux sur la confusion entre les noms des deux sites en question. Pensant être sur le site officiel, j’ai finalisé mon achat avant de constater que les frais de plus de 9 euros, facturés en plus du prix du billet, et sans explication claire, n’ont aucune raison d’etre. Le site officiel de Trenitalia n’en applique pas pour strictement le meme service.
Ce site ne propose donc aucun véritable service : il parasite simplement l’expérience des utilisateurs en profitant de leur confusion pour encaisser des frais injustifiés. Ce genre de pratiques, menées par des commerciaux qui ne créent rien et ne vendent rien d’utile, nourrit l’obscurantisme et décrédibilise l’économie numérique.
Ils ne font que prospérer sur la tromperie : une véritable plaie pour les consommateurs.
Je recommande vivement d’éviter ce site et de passer uniquement par le site officiel de Trenitalia. Méfiance !

The fact that we appear as a sponsored result on Google is standard advertising practice—not deception. Many travel platforms use paid ads to reach users.

The €9 fee you mention is clearly displayed before payment and covers added value services such as international payment processing, a multilingual platform, and 24/7 customer support—none of which the official Trenitalia site provides for non-Italian speakers.

Calling our service “a scam” or “useless” is unfair and inaccurate. Many travelers rely on us precisely because of the ease, accessibility, and assistance we offer—services that go beyond simply “selling a ticket.”

Never again with this traincompany

Never again with this traincompany. My girlfriend and I went to Florance from Pisa. We bought a single ticket on the day itself, so we thought it was all settled. We went in the train and the conductor said to us our ticket is not valid. So besides the 2x10 euro we paid a additional 2x68 euro as a fine. Apparently when you buy a single ticket valid for only that day at the machine you have to "check in" at another machine that is somewhere in the corner of the trainstation. It was totaly not clear. And now we payed for 2 single tickets + 2 fines around 160 euro for 1 hour train journey. Ridiculous! The conductor didn't even care we bought a ticket trying to follow the rules and that we were tourists. If you want tourists to travel with your train (apparently you do so because english is a option at the ticket machine), make it clear for them what to do. Because this is literally scamming tourists. The only thing they showed on the screen of the ticketmachine is a small line with "validate your ticket" in Arial 8 so tourists can't read it at all! Just a suggestion, make a pop up notification that tourists have to press yes and then explain how the stamp machines look like or something when they select English as language. I want my money back, thank you for ruining our last day in Italy!

Avoid!!

Ordered a return journey, was only sent half the tickets. Online chat told me I had used an ‘unverified channel’, but they could see my booking and said I only booked one way. I could not send a photo of the booking page which showed out and back. Total scam. They just left the chat. No help at all. Had to buy more tickets, not from them!
