Après 2 mois d'attente, 2 dossiers de réclamations ouverts, je n'ai reçu que le remboursement du retour et rien pour l'ALLER pour un trajet Lyon-Paris.
C'est navrant et malhonnête.
L'équipe vous fait patienter mais ne résout pas le problème (simple ).

Responsabilidad cero ni buena atención, llevo una semana antes del viaje mandando mails para informarme y nadie me ha contestado, no recomendable para nada, atención pésima. Ni siquiera han contestado dándome una explicación.

Le service client n'a pas de ligne téléphonique, par mail plus d'une semaine pour avoir une réponse (pour un changement de billet), puis encore une semaine pour avoir des nouvelles.
Au vue de la durée de prise en charge, le billet que je souhaitais à pris 40€.
Je ne recommande absolument pas de passer par Railclick pour vos reservations.

It took two emails, but our ticket was corrected after the second.

I accidentally booked a train ticket through Railclick masquerading as Czech Rail but didn't then receive an email confirmation of booking or actual ticket. The contact form on the website kept on malfunctioning - giving as error code 403 - and there was consistently no reply at the number listed as the contact office for my country. I then contacted my credit company and learned that there had been a charge to my credit card by RailClick so tried following up directly with RailClick. I then did receive fairly prompt response confirming that I was booked on the relevant train and providing me with a not very convincing ticket. It was clear from the ticket that RailClick had charged over 20% of the already expensive ticket price as service charges, something that had not been obvious in the booking process. There was no attempt made to explain why their contact form and their advertised contact number were not working.

I then tried to query both the application of these fees, and asked where I could check the legitimacy of the ticket issued. I had to do this through the contact form again and unsurprisingly I got the same error message all over again and no answer from the local number emblazoned across the top of the site so am once again left with no way of checking on the status of my ticket.

The entire process was stressful and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The company feels disingenuous in their operations - trying to mislead people in their design and layout into thinking they are a national carrier, a faulty online complaint system with contact numbers where noone picks up or calls back. They even have the offer of free city tours with ticket purchases this week only that is just a link to another company that provides their own free tours without any need to book a ticket through RailClick sites. This is really just false advertising.

I would never recommend this site after so many service and authenticity read flags. Rather just book through the actual national rail services websites.

I have had a great experience so far with Rail Click- My emails deleted and I lost my train tickets that I purchased to use while in Italy. I was in a Panic- I emailed RailClick and they immediately resent them to me! I am so grateful, this could have been a travel nightmare but all resolved. and with really minimal effort- thank you RC!

Paid for several train tickets for 2 people to travel around Italy. The trip had to be canceled but all 4 trains did not give a refund.
On the emails, each had how to cancel for a refund. But only after I tried to cancel did a notice come up, my particular tickets were not refundable. So, im am out almost $240.
This NON refundable information should have been very noticeable when choosing each.

The Railclick Customer Support Team was very helpful. My ticket updates and changes were made correctly and swiftly via email after contacting the team.

I wanted to buy my ticket online, but there was a mistake during the transaction. My money was still debited, and I never received a ticket. I haven't experienced such poor service in a long time. The customer service was completely useless; I only received automated emails that were no help at all. So now I haven't received my ticket, and I'm also out of pocket. I paid for something I never got. Definitely not recommended.

They disguise their site as the official Trenitalia train site and charge you more money for same tickets and won’t allow you to change or cancel even though tickets can be changed or refunded if bought directly from train company
