Comprei um bilhete reembolsável. Decidi cancelar o bilhete e pedir reembolso. O link para cancelamento que vem no e-mail de confirmação da compra não funciona. Escrevi para o Fale Conosco da Railclick solicitando o cancelamento e reembolso há uma semana. Resposta foi um e-mail automático dizendo que receberam meu pedido e iriam analisá-lo. O pedido é simples de resolver, mas até agora não obtive retorno.
Absolutely shameful service
Absolutely shameful service! I ordered a ticket on March 31, 2026, for travel on April 14, 2026. A few days before my departure, I realized I still hadn't received my ticket by email. After several requests via the contact form, I received no response. Finally, on April 15, 2026, one day after my trip, I finally received my ticket by email. Unfortunately, it was already too late. Furthermore, customer support refuses to reimburse me, even though it took them 15 days to send me the ticket. I will never order from this site again, and I encourage you to do the same.

I strongly advise against using RailClick.
I booked a train journey and paid the full amount (including an additional €228 requested for a change), yet I still have not received all my tickets and I'm leaving in 3 days !
The most critical part of my journey (Paris → Zurich) was never issued, while they still booked the Zurich → Milan segment. This means I currently cannot even start my trip.
What is most concerning is the lack of accountability:
* They confirmed the booking and took full payment
* They only realized afterwards that a segment was missing
* I have been waiting for weeks with no resolution, despite multiple follow-ups
* My departure date is now approaching and I still have no solution
Their only response so far has been that they are “waiting for the train company”, which is not acceptable considering they are the service provider I paid.
This situation is extremely stressful and unprofessional.
At this point, I am considering opening a dispute with my payment provider.
If you are planning an important trip, I strongly recommend booking directly with official train companies instead.
Very disappointing experience.

I’ve ordered ticks for three different Renfe train trips in Spain. I made a mistake twice (typical). RailClick responded to my inquiries quickly and effectively. I was so impressed that a national railway service would handle customer problem so effectively. Great service.
Very Unhappy!
First - I booked a “first class” ticket on my trip from Munich to Salzburg. They don’t explain that there is literally no difference between first and second so I wasted money in that. No assigned seats and the seats you get are the same as 2nd. NOT OK! Second, my daughter was ill and we had to leave our day a bit early. One hour that’s it - and they made me purchase a second ticket and the original ticket said that it was “refundable” and it was not. The way it’s written makes you think it is so strike 2. I reached out to try and get a refund and they absolutely would not help. So i was over-charged for my first ticket and then double charged for a second. Shame on them! Poor business!!!

Misleading advertising — Rail Protect does not do what it claims
I purchased train tickets through RailClick and added their 'Rail Protect / Basic Protection' add-on, which was advertised at checkout with the words: 'Get a 100% refund if plans change.' I purchased this specifically because my travel plans were not finalised.
When I tried to cancel before travel, their support team was unable to assist despite multiple contact attempts. Rail Protect is actually a narrow travel insurance policy with specific qualifying conditions — nothing like the flexible cancellation product the advertising implied.
Additionally, the South African support number displayed on their website connects to a private individual who says she regularly receives misdirected RailClick calls. South African customers have no functioning local support.
I sent a formal written complaint which was ignored. I have since sent a Letter of Demand and filed a complaint with the Catalan Consumer Agency. I am now escalating further.
Avoid purchasing any add-ons from RailClick — they do not perform as advertised.
Request for sending me the train tickets with my booking confirmation.
I made a request for RailClick to send me the train tickets with my booking confirmations via their website. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I received near instant acknowledgement as soon as I sent out my email request.
What had been even more impressive was that I received an email reply with the train tickets attached in less than 15 mins. I really appreciate their prompt actions and good service.

Der Support ist super nett und hat meine Anliegen sehr schnell bearbeitet. Ich hatte versehentlich meine E-Mail-Adresse beim Ausfüllen des Formulars falsch eingegeben. Am nächsten Tag habe ich railclick.com kontaktiert und innerhalb von sechs Stunden mein Ticket an die korrekte E-Mail-Adresse erhalten.
Allerdings habe ich das Ticket über netherlandsrails.com
erworben. Auf dieser Seite scheint das Kontaktformular serverseitig defekt zu sein, da nach dem Ausfüllen immer ein 403-Fehler erscheint – egal, welches Formular man nutzt.
Nach etwas Recherche wurde ich auf die Railclick-Seite verwiesen. Es wäre sinnvoll, das Problem mit dem Formular direkt auf der Website zu beheben, damit Nutzer nicht erst danach suchen müssen.
Nichtsdestotrotz: top Service.

NIET DOEN, dit is niet Iryo zelf zoals de site Iryorail laat uitschijnen. De site stuurt je naar de trein voor de dag erna. Resultaat. In het station wordt je geweigerd. Iryo klantenservice in het station kan je niet helpen omdat je niet via Iryo zelf hebt geboekt terwijl de site dit laat uitschijnen. Het 24 op 24u bereikbare klantenservice nummer is "enkel bereikbaar tijdens kantooruren". Resultaat. Duur ticket moeten kopen bij renfe. Om dan nog eens het geld terug te krijgen geeft de geld terug site ook nog fouten waardoor je je formulier niet kan verzenden. SCAM SITE
