I saw the same cotton T shirt I had planned to buy online . I was able to try it on thanks to a lovely assistant finding my size in the stockroom I also tried on and bought a really soft comfortable white T shirt.,

Pleasantly surprised.
Was pleasantly surprised that there was so many things that appealed to me. I used to buy a lot of Phase Eight but then it didn’t seem to be right for me. This store was really well laid out. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Went in for a wee nosey
Went in for a wee nosey, and ended up with two lovely dresses. There was a top I looked at but the elastic on the buttons took two ppl to put together, so left. No ppl in changing rooms, so was nice & stressless - as usually I hate shopping if its busy.
Excellent staff
Excellent staff. Good prices for good quality clothing.

Wonderful experiences
On Sunday, May 3rd, we visited the Phase Eight store in Milton Keynes and came across the wonderful Shabana, who, like a fairy from a fairy tale, served me brilliantly and thanks to her professionalism and attention, I bought two dresses, shoes, a bag and a scarf! Thank you, wonderful Shabana, without you and your advice and wonderful service, I would not have bought these wonderful outfits! I recommend that you look for Shabana when you visit Phase Eight!

Really disappointed with customer service. I’m a very good customer of phase eight- spent literally thousands of pounds with them. For the first time I had a problem with dress I bought and took it back to the shop in Watford I’d bought it from. Manager agreed dress was substandard but couldn’t give me a credit- I wasn’t asking for money back- but I had to call customer services. An hour later spoke to lovely lady who told me to leave dress and a credit would be with me within an hour. I waited two hours- nothing- called back- was told there was no one to speak to me and I just had to wait for credit. Finally appeared in my spam at 6.00pm- guess what - link won’t work. So I now have no dress and no credit. I had to take a day off work to do this which has cost me money and at 1.00pm yesterday customer service was already closed. Really not good enough phase eight- from a loyal customer for at least 10 years…

I found the dress I wanted in the right style and, most importantly, in the petite section. The first size I tried on was too big but the very help assistant immediately went out the back and returned with the smaller size which was a perfect fit.

Paid for next day delivery 3 separate times. The first two orders we're before Christmas so I thought maybe it was backlogged never arrived Ordered at 11am so it was before 2pm. Arrived 2 days later. Again ordered in May take a chance. No delivery next day, also only part of my order was shipped which it did not say online. Still waiting for my parcel to arrive. Shocking from a company that charges a higher price for their clothing.

Returned a dress from Ireland to the UK and they charge you €20 to do so. The return is extremely slow moving two weeks now and no refund yet. Will never buy again in the future.

Phase 8 Manchester .. After being in Manchester all day shopping I finally got to your store, upon arriving the lady who served me can’t remember her name went above and beyond, I tried a dress on first, went to show my son, the lady came over then I spotted another dress, I call it the Julia Roberts in Oretty Wonan horse race dress, I tried it on a size 14, (from dropping from a 20 to 14 in over a year) she came over to help adjust then she said, I’m going to see if we have a 12 as it’s a bit to baggy around the shoulders arms. Size 12…. IVE NOT BEEN A SIZE 12 in years it fitted like a glove, not only was she attentive to me, she even engaged with my son ..
