The dress was sold out online but managed to see it was in stock at the Manchester store. The assistant was so helpful and my parcel was delivered the very next day. First rate service!

Still no response on the below despite the 'performative' responses on Trustpilot saying they are looking into things. I have followed up 10 times on email now with radio silence. Even a reply saying they are looking into things on email would be helpful but nothing still.
They lost my parcel. I gave proof of return. I have waited for 6 weeks now for the refund money. I've never experienced customer service as bad as this. If it wasn't a 300 pound item I would have given up by now but thats my gas and electricity bills for the next few months!

Great customer service in Harrogate store
Called in hoping to exchange my red linen skirt for a smaller size. The store didn’t have it, however Imogen (Im) couldn’t have been more helpful. She sorted a return and refund and ordered the smaller size for me which arrived the next day!! Very impressive. Whilst in the store Imogen persuaded me to try on a pair of barrel leg jeans in petite and having thought this style was not for me, I loved them. Imogen helped me select another few items and I left the store an hour later feeling that I had a new summer capsule wardrobe. Thanks for helping me choose some trendy new items Imogen. The staff are so lovely always helpful without being pushy let you have time to look and have lots of information on clothes great customer service and the shop always looks good not overly full so you have room to see things displayed well enjoyeble shopping.

It’s still saying “awaiting courier pick up” and I can’t get in touch with customer services despite trying to call them (their number is disconnected), starting a live chat that no one answered properly and I’ve also sent an email which has gone completely unanswered. Really poor service and experience.
