The staff were attentive and friendly. They were dealing with learning a new till system but communicated that being the reason for a delay. Communication is key and they were great at it

Excellent. Staff are extremely helpful. Just a shame that their stock room is so far away from the store! Poor staff running up and down to the store room!! And costumers waiting for them to return! Shame all the stock can't be out in the store!!!

Helpful knowlegable staff
Very pleasant environment. Clothes are well made and cosistently sized. Staff were excellent at the Fosse Park store. Knowledgable and very helpful.
Badly packaged dress
Ordered a gorgeous pleated dress and was so disappointed when it arrived as it was stuffed into a plastic bag and was so creased. I contacted customer services straight away and explained how I had received the dress and they said to get is steam pressed and then request a refund of any costs. The dry cleaners refused to do it as they said the steam might make the pleats fall out. For a dress costing £179 to be sent out like that is dreadful. I was expecting it to be sent out on a hanger at least. It wasnt even folded with tissue paper! Customer Services were helpful but couldnt do a lot! Sadly dress returned for refund. I wonder if this is usual?

St. Albans Phase Eight
The shop in St. Albans was bright, clean and inviting. The staff were very attentive but not in your face. They were very helpful and have welcome advice retains fitting, shape and style.

The layout and armosphere in the…
The layout and armosphere in the Morpeth shop was very calm, welcoming and understated.
The staff member who attended to us was patient, relaxed and keen to help.
After we choose the dress and jacket, she suggested that we could bring them back, just before our continental holiday to be 'steamed' and pressed, and prepared for being packed for our flight.
We left feeling that all was well and that we would shop again at Phase Eight

My daughter is getting married next…
My daughter is getting married next year and the hunt for Mother of the bride shopping has begun. Due to going naturally grey my colour palette has changed and so styling advice of any kind is very much appreciated. My Mum has also done the same and her hair colour has changed it’s now white so her go to colours have changed too. So yesterday three generations went to Phase Eight in Manchester City Centre where we met Chrissy and Kat. If you’re looking for a boutique experience without booking in advance then I cannot recommend this store enough. Usually I hate shopping and I am lucky if I walk away with one thing. Honestly I tried on four outfits. Different styles and colours and could have bought the 4 for all different reasons. One of the dresses I felt like Nesta at the ball in Acotar (if you know you know). Customers in the shop came up to me and even gave their seal of approval and one customer said she would be back to try on one of the dresses I looked that good. I have never had an experience like it. My mum tried jumpsuits on and styles she never would have chosen herself and found the one. It was such an incredible day we were still talking about it round the dinner table. The only thing that was missing was everyone in the shop bursting into a song the day just was magical. Huge thank you again Chrissy and Kat you will be seeing me very soon with my husband.

All the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Sally’s help and advice were particularly brilliant. Her guidance made the experience even better and truly reflected the high standard of service customers appreciate.

Only browsing....
I was browsing for a race - day hat and hadn't expected to have any success so I was really happy to find the perfect hat and shoes! Really helpful staff. Only gripe, (and this is minor) was that I should have asked for a hat from the stock collection rather than the one that had been on display. The one I purchased had a slightly loose bit of material, doesn't matter too much and my own fault for not asking the question. Really helpful, friendly staff and a good shopping experience.

Lovely Store clothes and great Customer Service
The Shrewsbury branch is a pleasure to visit . An old building in keeping with a medieval Town. The interior is light and beautifully laid out. The Staff are wonderful ,always a smile and a "can I help you?" I like having suggestions made when I say what I am looking for.

Zlata. So this my first ever visit to Phase Eight store in Leeds store 961. My daughter is getting married in September this year. We both spent the day in Leeds on Friday 1st May. On entering the shop i had gathered a few occassion dresses. The lovely shop assistant Zlata offered to take them into the changing room to allow us to continue looking. Once we had gathered the dresses i went in to try them all on. We had narrowed it down to 2 outfits but unsure of the best size for me....Zlata came into the changing rooms to give us her honest opinion...she spent ages with us..very professional and nothing was too much trouble. She was absolutely amazing! Then Carol the other shop assistant came in and confirmed the colour and outfit which suited me best. Both these lovely ladies were amazing I have to say. I work within the public sector and for me customer service is key. I too rely on patients/customers surveys and i think it plays a vital role. I just want to thank both these ladies sincerely and i will be sure to return to this store in the future. Thankyou Zlata and Carol. Xxxx
